Don’t order from here ordered a pizza for delivery! Guess what it never came in. I noted to please txt or call when they arrived but nothing. Even went to the store to ask that the app said delivered but never got the pizza all he said was “he’s out for delivery he will call you once he’s out”.
If I could give a zero start I would, it has been a few times I had order food and never gets delivered. When I place an order for pick and said it’s ready, they tell me 10 more minutes and it takes like 30 to 40 minutes longer. Like c’mom!
I did not get my order I ordered at 10pm it is now past 12 and I still didn’t get my order then when I called they never answered don’t order from them they are a scam. 0/10 bad eats on the G cuz
If there's a 0 star that's a better score for this store in Plainfield. Used to be ok but it just gotten worst. One order was cancelled because after 2 hours of waiting they cancelled my order said they only have 1 delivery guy and won't be able to deliver my pizza, offered a refund but was not given. I have to call my bank just to get my money back. 2nd order after getting notification of it ready for delivery, I end up going to the store and pick up my order after 1 and a half hour of waiting. Their excuse is the delivery guy. Pizza is cold on the shelf and delivery guy sitting on the table checking out his Cellphone, unbelievable. They offered me the tip refund I was like you gotta be kidding me. Emailed corporate see what they say. Last time they can only give me free points towards a free pizza. Never again going to order from this store.
Last night I ordered some food there and they did not sent me what I ask for one, then the next day I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta here to my surprise I found a roach in it i quickly got on the phone to called then and was unable to find anyone there that’s crazy. Never again ?
If I could give 0 stars I would! They got our pizza and pasta order wrong. The pizza was a little raw still and the cheesy bread was a little burnt and it barely had cheese. They barely cut the pizza and the cheesy bread wasn’t cut at all. Definitely the last time we order from this location.
I love Domino's, but my recent order tasted like cleaning supplies. I'm so very disappointed, they usually have such great standards, but tonight.... It was disgusting. Tried calling for over half an hour with no answer, had to go through the arduous, and impractical steps, of contacting customer support. -10/10 would recommend
I ordered online for carryout. There was only one person there Named CHRIS. He gave me my order which wasn't complete because I was missing a salad. I informed him what I ordered but he brought me the wrong one. (My fault for not checking). I also had a drink but they had 0 beverages. He said I would receive a refund on Tuesday. No transaction no receipt just it will be back on my card Tuesday I asked where is my proof the refund will take place he said he's "THE BOSS" the pizza is not the best papa johns is way better!
We ordered here twice. They ignore their phone and IF they answer the phone, they place you on hold and then hang up on you. Our first order took 2 hours to be delivered and we live 6 mins away! We gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were understaffed that day and ordered a second time 3 months later. The second order updated the delivery time on the dominos app and said it would take 3 hours for delivery AFTER the original delivery time was 50 mins when I placed my order. We went to cancel after an hour. We were told that we would be refunded for the order placed since it was late and NEVER received the refund or the order.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
On January 1st, I placed an online order to 503 Richmond St plainfield , nj. I placed the order at 11pm, I waited and at 12:40 the order was taking far too long. It said “Christopher is quality checking your order at 12:05”I called over 6 times and no one answered. I had to leave my house and go to the store, when I get there he said they don’t do deliveries and never contacted me while I was waiting for the delivery. His attitude was also terrible. I then ordered to a Rahway location and he also had a terrible attitude. Costumer service is clearly terrible for dominos especially for a location with 2 stars. I’m expecting to be contacted back about this
