For 2 days in a row I was working in the area and stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich— first day I chose a pre- made sandwich and it tasted like it was made last week—Today I figured I’d try a “fresh made “ sandwich (a panini) the bread was extremely stale and the sandwich was ICE COLD!! —I was only working a few miles from the store so by any type of reason it should have still been hot when I ate it———-NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
In regards to the Wawa gas station, I was pleasantly surprised by the kind welcome of the gentleman who pumped around 11am on May 9th. He was a gray bearded fellow who greeting us with a "Happy Monday" and a smile. It's little things like this that show that there are people out there who aren't completely scorned by the customer service industry and put a little TLC and kindness into their job. This man deserves recognition.
Just had an awesome experience with the manager Anthony. The options for the new bubble drinks hadn't loaded. He fixed it quickly among juggling other tasks. He checked up on us several times and then prepared them himself. I couldn't be more pleased with HIS service. He is very valuable to this company and should be recognized. Poor customer service. Cashier was friendly to the guy in front of me but seemed annoyed when I asked for a bag for my items. Wawa used to have great service, not anymore.
Absolutely worst experience at any wawa, I am a big wawa fan but this Branch with some super rude , Unprofessional customer service , terrible attitude I have know how wawa management keeping it this way ...
Definitely getting 1 star! and just called cooperate tired of them always having everything "lock" in the kiosks like come on half of the people who go to wawa is for the food through the kiosks.. its been 2 months now... every time i go around 8 to 9p.m they have all the food locked and only have specific stuff.. most of the time i only want a milkshake or smoothie with a Quisadilla i can't get any.. so i go earlier during the day thinking that it's locked because of lack of staff.. nope same problem ive gone around 12p or 330 the peek times when it should be busier or have food.. and nope locked like always.. this wawa needs new management ASAP its unfortunate because quick chek down the street dont make food the same as wawa... soo wawa get yout act together or you will have plenty more cooperate calls
I think the staff here is not as attentive as other Wawas, but it is still Wawa and that means it's better than Quick Check.
