First thing, They need to employ a bus boy or a system with a rolling trolley and tubs to clean and entire dirty tables RIGHT AWAY & set the table for pleasant experience. Diners should Not be looking at dirty tables whilst eating. Partially cleaning tables , leaving a few dirty plates or a empty but uncleaned table is unacceptable.A cordless vacuum to clean the floor is necessary. .Stop serving stale tomato or other chutneys. Fix all those burnt / melted tables. Tiled floors are oily & slippery.Get a cintas or some other commercial carpet and uniform supply service. Everyone must wear uniforms to be professional.Concentrate on few items and improve quality of food. One does not need 1000 variety of dosas.A simpler menu would be Dosa, Uttapam, Rava dosa with limited toppingsExtensive menu leads to average quality and some items served are close to getting spoilt.I hope owner is reading and taking notes. This is meant to be constructive criticism to help improve.Sigh. I guess a lot comes to finance and business. Pinching corners only serves to drive down business from the most loyal customers.
The food was tasty. The rava masala dosa takes time to make. Everyone had finished their food by the time my dosa came. The special spring dosa was yummy. You have to try the Paneer Mirch Ka Salan. It's delicious.
Best restaurant for South Indian food. All staffs are very well attended. Very professional.Get authentic dosas, bajji coffee. We liked the attitude of guy attended us. Best place to visit with family for South Indian food.
Worst restaurant I have seen…ordered Potato paneer paratha and Schezwan fried rice. The paratha didn’t have paneer in it.Schezwan rice was like onion tomato ketchup rice.
I have ordered food 2 or 3 times from this place so far. It surprises me that they have any positive reviews. Probably, they give good stuff for people who dine in. But for delivery, that I got every time, the food was stale, I almost felt that it was heated up just before packing or made from an instant mix pack.I changed the items I ordered every time, hoping to taste at least one good, quality food item. Didn't help at all. Their sambar is utterly disappointing for a south indian restaurant. I would probably never, ever order again from this restaurant.
Tried cut mirchi, malai kofta and chili garlic naan. Naan was prepared well. Service was faster. Taste could be better tho.
I found this place right on Stelton rd and gave it try. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered my favorites Samosa Chaat and Malai Kofta. So very fresh and delicious. All of the spices and flavor was there in the kofta, plenty of creamy sauce to dip my naan in and it paired so nicely with the chaat that was cool with sweet notes in it, layers of tomato, onion, chick peas all on top of samosa. The portions are large enough that I will have the leftovers tomorrow. 5 stars!
Food is good, but looks like there is only one person to serve the entire restaurant. Be prepared to spend about 20 minutes to get a table 20 minutes to order and 20 more to get the food. At least he suggested to get dosa so we can get something to eat quickly.
Loved the mysore royal thai! It's worth $18. You get appetizers, main course, sweet and hot beverage (tea / coffee). The service was good too. Would love to visit again!
Loved it - just one word. Amazing food, neat and clean place. Manager was very cooperative and helpful. Food was cooked as per our specifications of spice level. Dosa - awesome, uthappam- delicious. Must haves. The buttermilk was delicious too. All in all just a great experience 5/5
