Store is too busy for its own good, drive thru line is always ridiculous and doesn’t move.. they are always out of everything. Today it was “all refreshers and lemonade”. The baristas however are always nice and friendly.
I love this particular store. They always get my order right . Nice staff aswell . Will definitely keep on coming here ;)
This is by far the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The line is always outrageous. The inside is NEVER open (which is annoying since I order ahead) .. and the rare occasion that it actually is open, it takes 15 mins to make 1 drink with basically just myself that ordered. On top of that, they’re ALWAYS out of something… whip cream, straws … COLD BREW! It’s just ridiculous. I go to Starbucks EVERY DAY. Since moving to this area and giving this location my time and money on multiple occasions … I no longer come here and instead go to dunkin … which sucks just a little less.
I tried the feature drink Pineapple Refresher. Very tasty with lemonade. So good on this hot 92 degree weather.
I love music, I’m young and always love some good vibes, but the atmosphere that was created 9am on a Monday was not it.Employees, you work super hard and I tip my hat off to you as I’ve worked in the food industry, but your music. If there are over 9 people waiting for their mobile orders, 5 sitting down enjoying their drinks (ALL different ages 20-70) and they suddenly look at you concerned for their own eardrums because you dramatically raised the volume, please take the hint. Two of the barista girls were giggling at this fact with the iPad in their hands.I understand this is your work shift, but I don’t believe this was necessary. By all means, raise the music, but if I can feel my eardrums thumping as a younger person - I can’t imagine what your older demographics must be feeling.Enjoy the music if no one is there, pump it up, but if you have over 14 people in the store in the morning on a weekday, please be a bit more courteous. Thank you in advance.
Went in there to purchase a sandwich, only one on line and with 5 employees behind the counter. It took a good 10 minutes to get my wrap. Will think twice about visiting again. Unless I have more time.
Store still closes randomly and opens randomly. After reading other reviews doesn't look like the management or cooperation cares. Will definitely not be going back there.
25 mins to do a pour over is unacceptable and I’ve been waiting 25 mins and the shift manager says to me I told u it’s gonna be a while. She never said a long while she said 25 mins. Also I asked for a PupiChino for my service dog and she claims no whip cream is totally out what a freaking joke she Needs not to be a shift manager, she’s snooty when you talk with her.
the store on centennial in piscataway closes at random times. On 2/12/2022 at 5;45 PM they had the doors locked and drive thru was already shut down. the entire retail parking lot was full of cars. i proceeded to the door knocking, three employees looked right at me then looked away. i kept knocking, finally the assistant store manager opened and said store closes at 5:30pm, she said i should've checked Google! what a joke. she said she would give me a free drink voucher for next time, i said i didn't want it. i said its RUDE the employees watched me knocking without a response, they were laughing instead. what if it was an emergency and i needed help? she used Covid as an excuse, its called lazy.
The WORST Starbucks ever. They close the store and only have the drive thru open for NO appropriate reason almost every 2 days, that causes the drive thru line to be ridiculously long. They’re so lazy I swear and try to avoid customers.
