Went here this afternoon and the gentleman at the window was so nice, patient and accommodating. He even has dog biscuits at the window for your pup! I don’t have a dog but I appreciate the gesture. I’m thinking he might be the owner but I’m not sure. Definitely 10/10 Will return!
How was it? It was closed at 1:30pm on a sunny hot and humid 95 degree day.
Had two small ices and neither had chunks of fruit like the real Rita’s.... no custard sandwiches.... and they give you ices in a cheap looking cup .. this is such a bootleg Rita’s... go to Staten Island for some real fun

I had there custard and I fell in love with the place then I had the Cookies n Creme Smoothie and I want to go there all time but I can’t.
This place has spoiled me. I made the mistake of thinking that all Rita's are created equal, and I went to the Rita's near my house... well, after that mediocre experience, I realized just how AWESOME the Piscataway Rita's truly is. Five stars!!! I've been coming here for months because they are so friendly, accommodating, and ALWAYS make the perfect ice cream for me and my quirky tastes. I never want just what's on the menu; I want a mish mosh of all sorts of flavors and toppings. Most of the time, I don't even know what I want. No matter what, they always make exactly what I was hoping for, and it's ALWAYS out-of-this-world!
Italian ice is great however were unable to answer any questions about the type of sugar used to make ice (natural, High fructose, etc.)
Bring your pets, they will give them treats!! Friendly staff, and consistently good as well! Take the whole family!
Their dozen custard is excellent
