I'm giving the two stars because the food is good. But...I visited this establishment about a month ago around 20-30 minutes before the new closing time (7:30PM). I noticed staff were inside and a couple individuals were eating, but the door was locked. The staff glanced at me (from the counter) but no one bothered to respond. Quite disrespectful.
Customer care complaint# Q2798So I ordered bowl online for pickup during lunch. After picking up and coming back to work I found that they just gave me rice with some salad without any beans or sauces. Now sure how they expect me to eat just boiled rice. After complaining store manager mentioned he'll send a meal card to my address. On following up after 2 weeks when nothing came, he mentioned that since last time he couldn't send, he'll now send me 3 meal card.N guess what, same thing continued. They never sent anything and stopped responding to emails.Pathetic service and customer care response from Store Manager.
The two ladies were extremely unprofessional, bickering back and forth on who was going to take my order. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for the manager to take my order since at that point they were screaming on top of their lungs, throwing threats at one another. However, in annoyance, the manager ended up putting the entire avocado skin with the sticker into my bowl. I am disgusted.
Not sure how this place has 3.5 stars. Every time I order on doordash from here I have no problem with portion size. They do it accordingly for a reasonable price. I guess nobody doordashed chipotle.
I just had my worst experience at quoba. As a student at Rutgers, I frequently dine at quoba and my past is experiences have been well, however this time it was horrible. A new employee was at the counter and she was beyond disrespectful and screwed up my order. She had headphones in the whole time and she was talking to someone while she was supposed to help me. Everytime she asked me something, she would roll her eyes after taking the response and would proceed to her conversation on the phone. She packed my bowl to the point where it won’t shut and just slapped a lid on it and put it in a bag. Another elderly employee who has served me in the past saw this and seemed shocked, but didn’t say anything. When I opened the bag to eat the food, a lot of the food and sauce had already come out into the bag and was wasted. This was a terrible experience from a establishment that I frequent at, however I’m certain not to return if this serve continues.
4/17/22 If you’re closed for the holidays, say so on the door. And it would be good to say closed for the holidays on google maps too. People don’t want to show up only to find out it’s closed.
The food is decent. It is great for people who exercise a bunch and need convenient, fair-priced, nutritious food. I had one poor experience with the quality of my food, but the manager (danny, I believe) was more than willing to make things right. However, dealing with corporate was a mess. Had to write many emails before they actually delivered the compensation they promised. Despite that, 5 stars for value and location management.
I was having a very tough time ordering through the Qdoba app, but when I called the office one of the managers (Hannah I believe her name is?) helped me so well. She did her best to provide the best customer service, and I was even willing to come in person to the restaurant to order from her. She provided exemplary service and had a great personality. Qdoba needs more people like her!!! I will definitely be ordering from here more.
The food is great, fairly priced, and the manager Hannah was so sweet. This place is a gem for someone like me who exercises a bunch. Big fan.
The food's great, but every time they run out of lids and fajita veggies. Like when you guys are out of lids, you use tin foil to cover up my bowl, but today the tin foil ripped, so I had to eat the entire bowl at once because I didn't want it to go to waste. Also the tin foil isn't strong enough to hold the contents of my bowl because today my bowl was leaking. This was also not the first time this has happened, so I would really appreciate it if there were lids to the bowls, so that I can eat at a pace that I am more comfortable with. When it comes to fajita veggies, I have gone to this qdoba many times when they were out of fajita veggies. As someone who is only able to have veggie bowls and burritos due to my dietary restrictions, I find it awfully frustrating when I have to end up eating a bowl of just rice, beans, and salsas.
