The worst experience and that's before I got the food. This restaurant makes up their own pricing and charges more than advertised prices so if you are going because you are after a promo be prepared to shell out extra.
This location sucks. They are very rude and not helpful. I would not recommend them to anyone. After not being helped I then went to Kentucky fried and got better service and more for my money. The employees don't care about the customer they only care about the almighty dollar. I will not do business with this location ever again. Popeyes SUCKS!!!!
The people who work here literally can’t hear at all I’ll mobile order saying the name several times I show them how to spell it and they still bring me over the receipt just to ask me is this for you? I hope management helps out their work because you ask for sauce they give you one packet meanwhile you got a bucket of chicken, go to a different Popeyes or better yet stick to kfc
We seldom buy chicken at this location but all in my family thought it was very salty. Popeyes is our go-to chicken but this location is doing something differently.Very disappointed we had to throw most of it away and we hated wasting food.
Hands down one of the best popeyes locations I have visited! The chicken is always fresh and hot, fries always super crunchy and well seasoned. If you're here at an especially busy time such as lunch or dinner rush, just stop in and get really friendly in person service from this family run location! Love my neighborhood Popeyes!
Charged me double. Will not provide refund. Have to report business to my bank and filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They owe me $57.Update, after my bank contacted the store, the store manager contacted me and explained the mistake and apologized. The money was promptly returned to my account.
Chicken good but the fries is soft n Cole slaw need salt n seasoning
Food is hit or miss, mostly mediocre occasionally very good. Biggest complaint is Iwe went in with a Popeyes gift card we had received and were told they don't honor them. Good to know franchise owners can decide whether or not to accept gift cards issued by their own company and this one sadly doesn't. Probably will look for a new fried chicken place, no shortage of those in Piscataway.
On Monday evening my mother and I where in the drive-thur where we received the worst service I have ever experienced ever. We place our order and drove to the window where we sat for Id say 3-5mins I notice a young man walk by. I hit the horn and explained no one had greeted us. Without allowing me to finish the young “whom l later found out named Ryan” yelled you have to go back around and place your order. I them expressed my order was already placed he look and the screen and agree he stated someone would be right with us. We waited yet another 5mins as he walk past again I said excuse me sir no one has came to take payment or even address us yet he stated in a harsh tone your food isn’t ready I said may I speak with a manger he replied I am the manager. I said to him this isn’t good customer service as a young lady walked over with our order we paid and drove of I went to check my food and it was cold as ice. The line was long so I called in to explain my situation where I was prompted to speak with Ryan who slammed the phone in my ear. If this is the service that customers are being subjected to then this place should just close down
Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich at Popeyes on stelton Piscataway. It was the worst I have ever had. The chicken was not cooked well, was crunchy, I threw it away, I still feel like throwing up cause of the very bad feeling in my stomach. I knew something would go wrong as soon as I got to the window and the staff looked like they were all over the place staring out the window to look at someone walking to there car and talking about them right in front of me. This is the first time this is happening with the food, but with the feeling of disgust with the food, unfortunately I won’t be going back there cause I will always be reminded of that horrible uncooked chicken taste.
