Had a later dinner and it was very good, tasty, healthy and reasonable. I had a pizza with a Asian chicken salad. Both were delish.
Literally the worst! I ordered delivery, they forgot something then it became a nightmare as Panera no longer employs there own drivers. I was routed to Door Dash and needed to get on a group call because Panera couldn't issue a credit. I will never order from them again. I will never get these 25 minutes of my life back.
Terrible service. Literally waited on line for 5 mins while an employee looked at me and glanced away to restock bread at 8pm. Train your employees better and people will come to your location
The food is dependable Panera but over the past few weeks have had to consistently wait longer than the typical 10~15 mins and most times the order wasn't on the take-out shelf; so felt short of a five stars rating.
Panera bread was unwilling to help process my order over the phone even when there website kept crashing and and the app was crashing. I had tried to explain to the manager over the phone that while I have a bunch of kids in my car around bedtime and wanted to just swoop in and pickup my order as to not disturb them ( keep the little ones asleep) I was told too bad we can't take an order over the phone like a normal restaurant, even if we are having issues with our only ways to order not over the counter. I would normally just pass on the the restaurant but I happen to have a gift card for this place an my mother has her heart set on this panera. I will say one thing give the rudeness of the manager and Panera bread policies I will not be will never step foot in one of their restaurants again and make sure to tell everyone to avoid this place . Panera please make sure to up your tech game if you are going to force your customers to use thyour tech.
Strawberry poppyseed salad is fabulous. Go get it. Well maintained and friendly staff. A lot of items on the menu.
Don't go here if you're trying to get work done, study, or anything productive. They have potato WiFi, 120 ping, and unstable connection. Also, their muffies are crusty.
I recently ordered an apple fuji salad and the chicken was literally frozen. Gave them another chance a few days later. Ordered chicken noodle soup nothing but broth barely chicken or noodles. This Panera has gone down hill. I won’t frequent this particular one anymore.
If your not here for coffee in the morning the rest of the day is a bust. $3 for a large isn't too bad when it's fresh coffee. Plenty of times I come in and the coffee carafes are either empty or the coffee that is in them is lukewarm. Good bye coffee subscription.
Now that we can order our own food by touching dirty touch screens the staff been halfway taking orders. I didn't even look in the soup it's prolly chicken noodle. 2 out of 3 times a messed up order by the humans working here. So you prolly want to replace everybody but the chefs. 2 stars only because Panera is my joint. What I hate there most of that the service spoiled my appetite and I took a loss
