Very nice friendly staff. Quick service but i asked for a watermelon slush tgat was too grainy from the ice chunks and hot fries, that were not fresh but were re-fried, hot and limp. I was hungry but could only eat a few to stave off my appetite and threw half of the small bag out.
There is nothing fast about this pl e at all. I am always waiting and just when you see the drive through empty… they make you wait here for 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches
Love this location! I go every morning for my $1 diet coke and everyone is always so nice. Especially Luz! She is the drive thru rock star. Always keeping the line moving with a smile and a compliment.
After this experience, I'm never going back to this location again. I don't know if it's me, but it seems like everytime I come to this location, something ALWAYS goes wrong. This time, after placing a mobile order, some items apparently weren't available in the store. The person on the other end said she take it off and it showed a total and as I was driving to the pick up window, I realized it wasn't the right total. The total they charged me was higher than what was on the mobile app. How can it be higher when they took off items from the order??? After showing the man at window my phone (the original order) he got the "manager" to speak with. After explaining it to her, she insisted that she, or their computer, was right. We went back and forth, went through each item, but still, something was off. What bothered me most was the fact that she didn't even try to offer a solution to the problem. I wasn't asking for an apology, just proper customer service but it just wasn't there. I wasn't about to argue or prolong the situation over $3 so I just simply asked for my food. And to top it off, when I got home, the order was wrong; there were extra ingredients that had to be paid extra that weren't there. This location is just consistently giving THE WORST customer experience.
Now I started liking this McDonald's location, but still congested place and limited parking also and improved service
Food was hot, specifically asked for hot fries lol otherwise they usually come out half warm. It's McDonald's, the food was decent and the fact that it was hot, made it seem better. I always get something that is a special order sandwich, then it always comes out hot
I usually do not have issues at this location but tonight I went at ~10:30pm and it was terrible. The drive-thru was backed up (about 5 cars ahead of me), but I was patient because I figured it's busy and/or they have low staff. When I finally get to the window I wait an additional 5 minutes to pick up my order (total wait time at this point was 20 mins for "fast" food). As I was waiting at the pick up window I realized why the wait was long: the staff was standing around talking and laughing. I don't say anything and keep waiting, which ended with one of the employees informing me that my drink could not be made at that time. A complete waste of 20 minutes and not to have my order fulfilled in the end.
Worst experience of my life. 5/11/22 at 8:30PM. Met the rudest woman ever at McDonald’s . Messed up orders, when asked for the right order she closed the window and I could see her on her cellphone. Then when she returned I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager and I asked for someone higher. Then another lady came and tried to help. Never want to experience that again.
Got take out. Our order of 20 nuggets 3 large fries and a deluxe quarter pounder was all lukewarm. They also forgot to pack our sauces for the nuggets. This location always seems to have problems.
Actually quick service and my fries and nuggets were hot. No complaints today. My cashier was kind and cheerful
