The pizza wasn't bad. It's the typical kind the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut Tri-State area has had as a standard for many decades. They didn't have many slice types for sale when I went in, but did have a couple of pepperoni slices, a buffalo wing slice, a few others and a Sicilian slice. It seemed like I was buying their end of the day stuff or something. I haven't been in here in five to ten years, because I had a sandwich there once and wasn't impressed, but after that long it was time to stop in, and I enjoyed my slices.
The person who answered the phone is extremely rude. We order here pretty often from our job usually with orders for 2/3 people, the man questioned “how much can you order”. Their quality isn’t the best and the employees don’t make it any better do disappointing especially because we’re from the neighborhood and have been going here for years.
I've been coming to this place for years!!! We used to walk home from schor and grab a slice and it's just as good now as it was back then! Currently live in TX an this was one of my first stops smh no better place in town for a slice of pizza, There's no debate!!!!!!!!
Fratelli's has lost a long time/faithful customer. Last time we ordered from them, we were not sent our order (which we payed delivery for) correctly. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, he promised a credit for our next order. Today, I ordered pizza, a salad and mozzarella sticks. My husband went to pick the order up. As soon as I opened the dish containing the mozzarella sticks they REAKED of fried calamari. I am unbelievably allergic to shell fish and seafood. When I called to ask to speak to the manager AGAIN, the waitress said "he's busy" so I proceeded to explain the issue. She put me on hold and when she came back she said "yea, he said that all fried food is fried in the same fryer and with the same oil". We were NEVER credited a dime and, God forbid, I could have gone into anaphylactic shock.
Food is excellent but I request they don't ring the bell as my old dog gets hysterical-- and they ring it twice. ONE time they did not. And I'm at the point of no longer giving tips (I put BIG tips in the online system so they will pay attention) ... or just going to their biggest competition.
Upset I've lived 3 mins away for so long and never tried this place. Great food
Extremely rude and the pizza was bland and dry. You'd think it would be fresh since it's was around 11 when I went in but it wasn't. Won't be returning or recommending to friends. Also no dine in which was ridiculous considering the fact that it was snowing.
Pizza used to be so good, has slowly gone downhill. Zero salt in the sauce or on any of the toppings. I thought I had covid cause I couldn't taste any flavor.
Their pizza and sausage roll are good, however, they need to reheat to the proper temperature. The food was cold when I got it home.
Food is always excellent! Just some feedback I love the soup but the containers you guys use are way too small it was like chili no broth, other than that always 5 stars??????
