Horrible service here!! Waited 15 minutes for 1 Toasted muffin and 1 wake up wrap after I had already ordered!! And there was no line in front of me!! The guy who ordered after me, even got his food first!! And if I didn’t say something to the guy making the food, I probably would have never got it!! ?♂️?Only employee that’s any good here, is the older lady.
The coffee was cold and had a bad taste, I think it had been served for a long time
This is the coffee machine, you can see beans still in it in the top. It must have been broken, gee I wonder why. This is disgusting. I e stopped there 3 times, I'm headed out of town to 287 north. I'll go out of my way from now on and go to either location on Shelton Rd or the one on Washington Ave. This is just absolutely gross! Plus the coffee tastes like dish water!

Service and quality dropped from several months back as did some of the workers that left .. ill stick with easton ave loc like we did B4 this DD was built here
I went 930 this morning 3 people working cashier eating munchkins while serving me and was told kitchen was not open for breakfast sandwich. Had to leave and go to another location when this one is 2 minutes from where I live service is horrible.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!Have had coffee front this place before and always felt it did not live up to the standards of Dunkin. Tonight, when asked for a cup of water along with my order, I was very rudely told that it will be a $1 charge. Shameless and greedy!!!
I wish I could rate minus stars. Worst dunkin donuts ever.I ordered bagel online with cream cheese. The put very thin layer of cream cheese and every bagel was burnt. This was the third time this happened so I went back to store and complained about it to the lady who made it, and then hearing that the other lady came out and started shouting on me. Saying that this is the amount you get everywhere. I order bagel from different dunkin donuts and they never do that. And her explanation is that the other stores give the food to the people for free. And she is applying the correct amount and if I want to get the amount as other stores then I should pay more money. Lol, and during all this conversation her voice was so height and arrogant as if she of doing me a favour by making me not burnt bagels again. And when she was making it she was showing me tantrums like bangging the utensils on the table and all. I mean this is never expected. Store team is always supposed to be polite to customers. That is what I was taught to me when I used to do the similar job. But seems like it’s not same for Dunkin donuts? Or may be specifically this location. The same store had old staff which was really good I never had any complaints.
They had one girl working in the morning, poor thing was backed up with online orders and the line was out the door. I left because the wait was too long.
Walked in once and I'll never make that mistake. Store is supposed to close at 9, but I was refused service at 8:30. If you aren't going to serve people after a certain time don't advertise that you will.
