I visited the Dunkin donuts today evening to buy Matcha latte. There was a new guy who told me that the price was $7 for large hot matcha latte with oat milk. I was confused because last time I paid something around $4 and hence I asked him to call his manager. His manager came in and told me that the price was $5 and me being still confused, I decided to leave that place replying that I don't want it and not coming back since I felt there was a bit price difference and then the manager asked me to "GET OUT!". Such a poor customer service, doesn't even knows how to treat their customer.
Placed an order online for pick up later in the days. Got to this store to puck up my order and they had nothing ready, nothing in stock and no phone call or anything to let me know my order needed to be cancelled ... It ruined a birthday party for my little girl. Terrible service.
Purchase breakfast sandwiches for my son and my Mom. Always crowded but it seemed to move fairly fast.
Awful store and manager! The manager was extremely rude when we were ordering telling us there's a menu when we asked for the meat options. He seemed so annoyed to be at work and was already in a bad mood. Then we got our order and our cappuccinos tasted of purely milk and no coffee. As a regular dunkin customer I could tell this was not properly made. So we kindly asked if they could remake it or make us americanos instead. The manager replied saying we measured and they're right, and then just put another shot of espresso in our drinks. Leaving us with two shots in a milky drink that still wasnt what we wanted or good. Not to mention we had to wait for 20 mins just to figure all this out. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Lines move slow in the morning. By afternoon you're lucky to even get the donut you like at this franchise. Today I bought 5 large coffee, 2 teas and dozen of donuts. When I asked for sugar I received 3 packets. They don't want to give extra. They give 2 napkins with all the stuff I bought. Service just keeps getting worse. It's def not worth the wait of the line.
Waited 25 minutes for a simple hot tea. They provide free Wi-Fi but not plugs. And the place is dirty.
They need to hire people ASAP! Came to this location and the line was huge, a lot of people coming in to pick up and 3 employees working on a Wednesday morning at 9:30am. This is ridiculous. They should definitely come up with some benefits/perks in order to hire more people. Unbelievable!
Every time I come here they have different hours… they never open when they are supposed to be and they close so early. It’s a real shame the owners are missing out. Then again a good business owner would realize this issue if they cared enough. I guess I’ll just go to wawa or 711.
Horrible service. 2 of the most unfriendly guys working behind counter. Slow service cramped space and DON'T order Curbside... they NEVER bring your food you always have to go inside to get your order so whats the point? I hate that I'm forced to go to this location
