The friendliest BR ever! Grace, the manager, is awesome and so helpful and kind, she helped me with the online order that was not available in stock, and basically saved a party. Coming here for all my ice cream cakes now!

They close much before the closing time, doesn’t care to respond to the customer waiting at the door even after seeing multiple.They must change the time and updated sheet must be kept in the door.VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

I got a single scoop cone. They didn't have any waffle cones. The cone is empty with one small/average sized scoop on top, and it was quite sad in comparison to a brusters small, for example. The only good thing is the abundance of flavor options.
Goggle said they closed at 9:30. I arrived at 8:45 and the doors were locked already. They were doing their closing routines and didn’t acknowledge me. I looked on the door to confirm their hrs and it said 9pm.. disappointed to say the least.

The workers are some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered and really need to learn how to treat customers.
When Google map and every site says the store is open till midnight , the shop is closed at 10:30 . Not particularly this one but this has happened with us multiple times .Baskin robins definitely need to update the store hours ..such a waste of time to drive With kids for 20 minutes to find the store closed 1 & 1/2 hours before the actual closing time
