The chicken sandwich was delicious,on the same level as Wendy's. The fried chicken was crispy not greasy and very fresh. Cajun rice was a big hit

This is the worst experience I could have. They only cater to u if your Spanish. The service is horrible as well as the food. The waits are RIDICULOUS & they are very rude. I just went there 06/02 around 8 & all I can say is I will NEVER be returning. This staff is horrible and so is the manager ( I could tell cause she was wearing a different shirt ).
The worst customer service ever. It takes an hour to get two sandwiches ready while 10 people after me got their orders. Casually ignores me when I ask for my food. Absolute garbage experience.
The worst experience a customer can have. . I ordered online pick-up at 8pm and didn't get my order till 859pm. I repeated my order and was ignored. There were 10 plus orders completed after my order from walk-in customers. There's a sign that states orders online are expedited and they didn't fulfill that. All the staff that were present catered to Spanish speaking customers and were moving slow. The employee that helped me get my order was on break for a half-hour and then came back on duty to get my order. All staff present April 15th from 8pm to 9m should be held accountable. If there was a manager present they also should be held accountable
Groupon scam watch out before buying. The Groupon can only be applied to regular priced menu items. They also charge higher than advertised prices as this is not a company owned store but a franchise. Total rip off unless you are one of those customers who simply does not pay attention to the prices and just pays whatever they charge you.
Food was fresh, amazing. Hard working young people, the lines can get busy around closing. Awesome job!!!
Google says I'm 24 minutes away from this chicken... Being that I'm in Spotswood I'd agree. Google is also right that the chicken is 24 minutes away even if I had been located on Fayette in Perth.
I did a pick up order and the experience was terrible along with the food. I ordered online pickup and they had over 15 orders go after move. Some people walked in ordered food and got their food with ordered numbers after mine. I waited 30 minutes before receiving my order. The fries were cold and they put pickles in my order when I did not want any.
Staff is mad slow and never under what I’m tryna say and the music be mad loud so they can’t even hear my order
