I placed order online waiting in queue for about 30 minutes and when I reach to window they said they closed at 3am then how my order gothrough at 4:24amAlso how they served cars ahead to me.It's says 24hrs drive through.Bad customer service

I have never seen a more dysfunctional fast food establishment in my life at night. I workers were dancing in the back ground twerking. The cashiers are visibly high all the time and the place constantly smells of weed and booze.During the day the workers are competent but extremely rude and like to talk bad about people when they believe they don't know Spanish, if your gonna insult me at least do it to my face I don't care what language. Honestly I'm moving forward to reporting this place to the health dept cause I never seen anyone wearing gloves, hairnets, and any other type of food safety standards being practiced here. People go to a different McDonalds if worth the 5 extra minutes
You oder your food get it and the burgers are cold not even at times warm. They need to make them as ppl order them, they put them in warmers to save time, but to me it's not working, don't get me wrong, some are better than others, after all their franchises, so it's a hit or miss, they should had left it like they were, fresh hot right off the grill! That was Mc Donald's! Perfect every time.
If you order on Uber Eats be prepared items will be missing. Not sure why but it has happened to me a bunch of times. They are the worse when it comes to incomplete orders.
This location regularly omits items from your order. The staff is rude and annoyed to be there. The franchise ownership will send you a form letter, but make no effort beyond that. It's a shame because this is a nice restaurant that's conveniently located.
Clean place, fast service. Only problem, they are cheap with ketchup and napkins, but other than that, l had a pleasant experience

This mcdonalds is very clean and the food is very good. It being a very famous franchise its usally busy throughout the day. Its 24 hrs 7 days a week. If you are going through the drive through is important to notice this one in particular has two lanes.Each one ready to take your order. If you want breakfest after 5 to 5:30 am they should be ready to fully serve you. Breakfest ends at 11 am. Two reasons I give 4 stars is because of the famous quote. "The ice cream machine is broken" and its gets busy to the point the drive through line can end up outside the premises. Having to wait a very long time. Employees are well train to serve you as fast as possible. Otherwise it was just a bad day. The fries are my favorite. I would eat them without sauce. Enjoy the food.
