Worst customer service after paying $60 for delivery my meat was raw after i asked for well done i called them women there asked me to send her pictures so i did & she said yes it raw can you just cook it your self like wtf i said no i want what i paid for matter fact i want my money back she send delivery driver to come pick up my food with no refund then she tells me i can’t have a refund & the owners are unavailable for me to speak with $60 dam dollars down the drain for raw steak & poor customer service
The food and the atmosphere was ok the employees are nice but the bar stools could use a major upgrade I mean the wooden stools are just too hard to relax on leaves your bottom sore and your back aching the stools needed some serious Padding for one to not only relax but to enjoy your time
If I could give this place a zero for customer service I would right now. The way we were treated it was the worst experience ever. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Best Caribbean food I had in a very long time. Really quality food and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant. Most importantly the service is excellent. The woman who answers the phone is always pleasant and polite.
