Greetings! Finally! So Luis the manager has an infectious smile, positive attitude and positive attitude. He is a great mentor because the entire staff seems to followed his pleasing positive attitude. Its about time! Hopefully they will reward staff for their awesome customer behavior. Ita because of this I will continue to go thete daily.!

They never got the pick up orders ready this is why i stop order from this dunking donuts.. They need to be a little bit more organized
Worst experience ever , 1/29/2022 9:30 pm drive thru kept asking anything else after every second after every order then forgot a donut then my bagel was two bottoms of a bagel you got to be kidding me , just go on unemployment if you're too lazy too spread butter on a bagel for Christ sakes ridiculous this place sucks McDonald's is a michelin restaurant compared to this
I work overnight and come frequently, love the staff! Just whomever is keeping TRACK OF INVENTORY DOESNT CLEARLY DO THEIR JOB OFTEN! Specially being 24.7 you guys definitely get traffic overnight as well, I feel bad for the staff that have to deal with the customers that don't understand! I do because I've been coming for 2 years now faithfully and that seems to be the only issue you guys have to me, Would be 5 stars if you guys got that simple part together!
This Dunkin’ Donuts is so unprofessional. They have people fooling around laughing and Joking with each other instead of doing their work. And because of this I always get incorrect orders or they forget some thing. They need better supervision to fix this problem.
When their not screwing up my simple order I order 1 hot, I get ice coffee. The new scram is they have no change to give back their customers. This is the second time I left without my change. How does a 24 hour dunken donut not have change to give back their customers they kept $1.12 of my money. Obviously either the manager is in on it or there is no manager and it’s ran by a bunch of high schoolers. This Dunken donuts is close to my house so the drive thru is convenient but not at the risk of having my money stolen. You just lost another customer. Where did the feature on the right hand side go where this review can be reported it just disappeared. All the other reviews has those three little dots on the right hand side where you had the option to report your complaints. My feature is gone for some unexplained reason. I can assure you I am not letting this go.
