they were so unprofessional they were yelling talking the whole time took 20 whole minutes for them to even acknowledge me waiting there it shouldn’t have took this long just for me to place a order not even that she’s was rude they acted childish they were super super loud not even paying attention to the food talking by my food spit flying everywhere not to mention the lack of acknowledgment towards the customers super ghetto NOT TO MENTION no gloves they don’t clean their hands it is just nasty there’s atleast 5 people in here that still haven’t gotten a chance to order it’s sad
The person cooking didn’t wear gloves and was rushing the food out without waiting to be fully cooked and also using the towels for the tables to clean the floor instead of using a mop. Also me and my family got sick after eating here. But I noticed that other reviews mentioned the same thing and that’s not good.
It’s hit or miss with this location. Sometimes good or sometimes you’ll get lil burned balls of breading instead of boneless chicken wings
I was so excited when this location opened because its so close to my house...but what a letdown. I've tried it twice and both times have been awful. They barely put any sauce on the wings and I got sick each time. Id rather just take the extra 10 minute drive to Clifton instead.
customer service was excellent, the attendant even recommended something from the menu after asking some questions knowing then it was my first time there - I'd definitely go again, with an appetite
listen i was scared after reading other reviews but still ordered and I'm not disappointed the boneless wings I had them in the Louisiana rub and the cajun rub delicious and the corn that they have also in the Cajun seasoning delicious I hate corn on the Cobb but this was definitely worth it
When this place opened it was great, but since then, the quality has been steadily declining. It’s seems every time I go there’s something wrong with my order. Portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. Once, they forgot to season the fries. Another time, there was barely any sauce on the bbq wings I ordered and they were basically dry. They forgot the ranch on another order. I like the food, but the mistakes are far too common to justify coming here very often. I hope it improves soon.
Usually have to wait for my order longer than I should have to. But honey last night they was on time fresh and tasty. Whatever you guys did PLEASE Keep doing it.
Sometimes it's the most incredible wingstop and sometimes it's not good at all... but most times it's really good, I think it all depends on who is working when they seasoning the wings... all I know is tonight, on Monday, December 20 right before closing time at around 11pm, the wings were the BEST I've ever had so shout out to whoever was back there in the kitchen
Very ghetto . Talking and playing around way to much very unprofessional instead of getting the food done . I also think they should be wearing hairnets and gloves . Your touching the register touching peoples money then your over there touching food . Touching your hair then touching food . walked in didn’t even get greeted just simply ridiculous . It’s just bad customer service at this location.
