My husband called to place an order for both of us. The lady hung up on him when he asked how much would the order be :/ The two cheese empanadas were amazing. Just enough cheese. I got a grilled chicken patacón w Swiss. The grilled chicken was so juicy & flavorful. The patacón altogether was melting in my mouth & in my hand. They just don’t give enough pink sauce so stingy. I should’ve stayed w the guanábana shake w milk but I got a super red juice. I think they didn’t peel the beet correctly because I got super sick & naseous. I couldn’t even finish my drink not even half way. I just kept throwing up for the next couple hours. My husband got a ginger & turmeric juice & he was fine.
I love this place the food is great but careful ordering online, they almost always get it wrong or forget something. Also, I used to love their chicken empanadas but they must have changed the recipe because now there are chuncks of green onion in it that’s not really pleasant to bite into
Found a foreign object in the chicken empanada. Thought it was a bone at first but nope . Some kind of plastic stick. Ugh. Not a good feeling. Our juices and smoothies were fine .
As a former manager employee I kno the expectations of the juice bar and the service I got today was horrible... I ordered threw the phone and let's not talk about the 5 min wait i was put on and the nasty attitude that I was given. I use to luv the Patacon de peril and today was not it my meat was super dry only 1 of my plantains was warm and perfectly shaped I asked for a chinola juice and I got a smoothie!!! I honestly felt like they didn't listen to anything i said!!!! I kno u guys could do better G.L.O.W.!!!!!!!
The WORST of the worst. The employees were not helpful starting with the cook. I placed an order online way before closing time and because he didn’t feel like cooking he only made half of my order. So I asked for the owners number to resolve the issue they denied to give me any kind of contact information. I have never experienced anything like this before in this location. I would never go back.
Best smoothie, juice and empanada. Ginger detox is my favorite and it's affordable.

Today, I stopped by to purchase smoothies & a Juice and a few empanadas for two separate orders. While the food and culture here are absolutely amazing and the place looked very clean and upright. Though, the only thing thats going to prevent me from coming back is the Service. The lady with the Grey Shirt who is most likely the manager, made a mistake after i repeated my order about 3 times. She seemed to have an attitude and did not smile at all.I ordered a papaya and pineapple smoothie with water and honey. I repeated this specific order more than once because she was slow with taking my order. After i paid, i asked for a receipt and realized she did not charge me for the honey.I waited until she begun that order, and i also realized she put sugar instead of honey, i quickly objected and told her that I asked for honey. She told me “you didn’t ask for honey”, and customers around heard when i repeated my order to her and were agreeing with me. She quickly apologized and remade me my smoothie but with such attitude and zero urgency.My last realization was how understaffed they are, there were only 2 people behind the counter.One was in the back on their cellphone before leaving. And the lady in the front taking customers and making smoothies at her own pace which is and should be embarrassing for a 10+ year long company such as this. You would expect top-notch service from the door, but unfortunately I received a horrible service.Would Rate 0 Stars if possible for service.But the cleanliness is great 10/10.Poor service like this will prevent loyal customers from eating here, I don’t care how good the food is. Mistreatment like that should be evaluated and corrected.

I must say, This establishment is ran to the T. EXCELLENT level of service, detail to my very complex juice order. And always so diligent and attentive. Keep up the great job. From the manager to the cooks and cashier, everyone rolls up their sleeves and gets to take care of the customer first. That's what Paterson is All About!!
