I don’t know how you can mess up tacos- ordered 2 pollo 1 carnitas with Uber eats . Received 1 pollo. 2 carnitas… the carnitas had more fat then meat. Then when we called they first hung up , I called back and they advised me to call back tomorrow and speak to Lorena for a refund…we will not be back!!!!
I wrote a review two years ago and the service is STILL terrible . I been trying to give local business a chance especially during the pandemic but this will be the last time ever I’m giving u guys business . I order the special chicken tacos and when I received it it has no onions or cilantro .. I called and they said no refund or Anything . The girl looked young and probably not in charge but the fact that I gave u guys chances and still can get a simple taco special right is ridiculous. How did u expect to give someone tacos with no anything and expect us to be satisfied and when I call there is no refunds and didn’t offer a new batch of tacos and the cook knew and couldn’t warn us about the onions or anything . Everyone do not get your tacos here is not worth it all . I gave this place multiple times I’m Done . DONT WASTE YOURTIME
I order online and my whole order was just messed up. First I call them because they sent me the wrong food and then the meat of one of the burritos was completely RAW & COLD. The lady totally dismissed what I said and proceeded to say that the meat was probably cold because the burrito had been made for a while. She never apologized and also hung up the phone on me. Totally rude and unprofessional!! ??
I love their Mexican food! I order through Uber eats & never had an issue. They always cook fresh, tasty food, good portions, follow instructions & fast delivery. They have the best tacos, quesadillas & their flautas are exquisite! Definitely recommend them.
Make sure to check your orders. Had a bad experience on an order that was placed and had an item missing. The restaurant did not want to fix this issue. Never ordering again. Nasty customer service.
The food got everyone in my house sick and the girl at the counter can use some training in customer service. So unfriendly, but I didn't say anything and I'll never go back. Why hire people like that?
30 taquizas for $30 is an awesome & delicious deal - double up on the green sauce.
Such bad waitress just buy tacos at the one in Passaic I don’t recommend offing from the paterson nj one.

The place has big potential, they just have to get their team together, sometimes the "day special" is not even available, once I went for tortas on the one day of special, they didn't have the meat, the bread, I didn't get offered an alternative... The lady in front seems to not care, like is a whatever costumer.Once I got there with my sister and there wasn't a cook in the kitchen... Where have you seen or heard of such thing??Sometimes the meat is dry, sometimes it takes a long time....I used to go there because is closer to Brenda Lee II... But I guess is worth going an extra mile. I'm sorry to write this but I DO NOT recommend the place, like I said. It has potential... But at this moment is not worth going there
