Clean market, professional and customer oriented staff, wonderful products
There many items you can find in that store. The huge issue about it is that the customer service does not exist.Cashiers + a young bearded guy in meat department are rude and very selective.They show unfriendly, unwelconing stares and you can feel that clearly.It's a pity truly, nice store with bad employees.
I been at that place many times. Especially the meat so quality and grocery dairy so reasonable prices. I'm happy to shop on that place. Workers are so nice and so helpful. I think is the best place on paterson . God bless them .
Very rude service from the meat counter to the cashier. You're not doing anyone a favor by taking our money. And with other halal markets around with better service and better prices, you will just lose customers. Shameful. They need to fear Allah.
Amazing store, amazing people, professional, every thing is top notch, it is one of the best stores in the United States with high standards and great products ,that fulfills the need for middle eastern and European families, prices are moderate quality is high .Keep in mind the eye is the one who decides what to eat not the prices , I think very soon they will be number one in Paterson and New York areas.I enjoyed shopping there and wish the store the best
Very nice market, very nicely stocked up. The guy at the meat section greeted me as i walked in. I will definitely visit again.. Please keep the prices affordable
Unfortunately after my last two experiences with this particular cashier I had to change my review to a 1 star because of rude and unprofessional she was towards me, my mom, and the rest of my family in front of employees and customers. We spend a lot of $ here frequently and this cashier rung us up and then said our card declined, we were going back and fourth till the manager came and solved the problem right away. The card went through and her coworker said she was new. Regardless, she should know how to talk to people in a friendly and professional manner not just insult me because she doesn’t know how to work the computer. My family and I will never shop here again.
All was well but at the register I felt I was inconveniencing the staff. Guy from second register chatting up the girl who is supposed to be helping us check out. I know it is a supermarket but so should they. In short it became a one off without repeat. 4 stars because it is a place rich in goods.
It was actually embarrassing to witness this same cashier argue with her customers. You don’t even see this type of behavior in shop-rite or any other super market… it turned me off and I won’t be coming back to shop here. I heard her telling the customer “Happy Ramadan” very sarcastically meanwhile she needs all the happiness she can get because she is very miserable.
