Service was great and I got my food fast.
I’ve been coming to Popeyes since I was a little kid. Lisa made this visit the best tonight. I had to wait for chicken but she informed me. I didn’t mind because the food was fresh. Just great customer service all around. She is a valuable employee. She set the bar high & I will be back!
Horrible service and the drive-through is very unorganized. I left there and went to the one on Haledon ave.. Much better service and definitely friendlier.
The guy in the Drive-Thru is very friendly and service is good too.
Today I ordered the buffalo ranch sandwich for the first time to hear about the hype I received it and just got the original sandwich and got really disappointed. I recommend someone new to read the order because this employee clearly didn’t care and just put whatever he/she felt like doing it’s ridiculous never ordering in Paterson again.
I went here on 03/03/2022 with a receipt coupon which always states that you get a free two pieces of chicken and a biscuit with a purchase of a large soda. I gave the receipt coupon to a Hispanic lady who always makes blanket policy rules every time I come there. She told me that I only get the 2 pieces of chicken and not the biscuit because it doesn't state that on my receipt. I told her every Popeyes has the same language on the back of the receipt. She went to her supervisor, who told her to give me the biscuit. She told me she is giving me a break. What break is that? This lady doesn't know how to treat customers and needs retraining. She told me that I had a old receipt and they changed the receipts recently. I asked for her name and she said that her name was on the receipt, which it was not. This lady should not be servicing customers.

This is the most ghetto Popeyes i have ever been to in my life the cashier got my order totally wrong when i clearly stated what i wanted multiple times. I told her that’s not what i ordered and she started giving me a dirty look and a terrible attitude then she charged me 25 bucks for a 5 piece chicken tenders. i was completely polite and mind you i’m very under age and act more mature than this childish women. please find a new cashier get this lady out!!!

This place is horrible, the manager always has an attitude with the customers, maybe fast food isn’t the most pleasant to work but it’s not an excuse to treat the customers rudely. I feel uncomfortable going to my favorite fast food place that’s like a block away because of her. She’s always in a rush even if isn’t busy, her customer service is just all around bad. She doesn’t greet the customers, she doesn’t say have a nice day, she doesn’t care about the customers having a good experience. She has a very “pay, take your food and get out of my face” attitude and will literally tell the next person to walk up when the person is still grabbing their things from the counter. I’m a person who keeps interactions at a minimum too, I try not to say too much because I’d like to be in and out as well but it just feels like no matter how nice you are to this woman, she is just rude for no reason. Her facial expressions and tone of voice says it all, I’m paying for my food, no one else, so I have a right to know what’s in my order and what isn’t. I have absolutely no idea how she got promoted.
