I specifically ordered The Tuscan six cheese, This is not to my liking at all. The manager did not offer to remake my pie, or request to have a look to return the pie or anything. Highly unsatisfied just lost a customer. I spent $65 in total purchased two large pies, 8-Piece hot wings with cheese-stixs for my Tuscan pie to be all wrong. I was mot offered a refund or an exchange. The worst i am very sad as much as i love food.
They have people who don’t speak English working here and trying to ask questions or place an order is damn near impossible then I asked to speak to the manager and she tells me no I have to speak to her but she doesn’t speak good English or understand me! First and last time ordering from this place just horrible on top of my order being placed over an hour ago and I still didn’t get it and I couldn’t get a time or when it would arrive never again horrible horrible service
I am always fan of Papa John's pizza. Whenever I visit Paterson downtown, this this my go to place. Pizzas are always fresh and hot whenever I have placed an order. Only thing I'm am missing is that I wish they bring back that community or local deals. I use to grab those even while wasn't planning on eating papa John's. Price and deals are decent, currently regular deals are available with the decent price. This place gets the pizza ready on time and does not delay the order.
They’re slow and takes them over an hour to get to you, they don’t answer their phones, and if you try and cancel your order the guy will just tell you it’s on its way
It's unbelievable that this paps John's don't deliver to me. They are 5min away. They told me "we don't deliver to that zip code" . Im right next to them. im at 07503. A few blocks away from st. Joseph hospital. I have to call the one in clifton on Lakeview Ave a town over for them to deliver to me.. thats Unacceptable.
Pizza was over cook bread sticks was under cooked should of got my money back
Horrible. Food takes extremely long. This is the second time I've ordered from here and it's already been an hour and 25 min and it's still not here. Terrible service.
