The lady that answered the phone was very polite but i ordered a crabmeat Rangoon and sweet and sour chicken with vegetable fried rice. The crabmeat Rangoon had no crabmeat or cream cheese was literally just like a teasooon of cream cheese , the vegetable fried rice had NO veggies only one broccoli sprout and a little carrots and peas i also ordered a grape soda and never received it . Won’t be ordering from here again .

Ming's KitchenHas the best roast half chicken,When ever I call for "OVEN ROAST 1/2 CHICKEN",8 OUT OF 10 TIMES THEY ARE OUT OF IT.Yesterday I was told"Oh, we are roasting it now" ( this was at 4:30pm)I asked can I order later? She said " Oh, no we Have to put sauce on it and finish roasting it!"Well it doesn't take 4-5 hours to put sauce and roast chicken!So I called back todayAt 3:15 p.m.And now I'm told all the roast chickenIs gone from lunch time!ObviouslyThey know it's a popular itemYet they don't make enough to last one day that is insane!!!We are getting ready to stop Ordering ifrom means As it is too much aggravation We're going to go to the Peruvian rotisserie chicken from now onSorry to go on and on but we are very disappointed this is not the first time this has happened to us this happens repeatedly

Horrible service!! I order from these guys atleast 3 times a week. Everytime something is missing or my food is cold( keep in mind I literally live a few blocks away)... I can never just get my meal and be satisfied with them outcome, I always have to call and tell them my order is wrong.Meanwhile now I'm arguing with the manager on the phone as he tells me it's going to be a few to get my money back. I paid cash this isn't debit or a credit card. I've been eating from this place since I was 7 years old I'm over the shenanigans
