The place is a good place to hang and have drinks. Usually don’t order food from here much. The two times that I have and out of the two I only had one really bad experience. The food was cold, portion size was horrible compare to what I have order perviously the same plate. Order drinks that “their so call promote” on the website announcing its Saturday special once I got my bill I was charge $8 dollars more then the price on the special drink. Manager decided to be unprofessional and have no ethic to fix the issue she decide to argue with me “The customer”and not fix it. It’s not the first or second time. Majority of the servers have no professionalism, to busy being on their phones. There’s no success in a restaurant if Management and some staff lack in professionalism. People who are Managers and don’t have no CLUE how to be one surely should not be a manager. No matter what customer weather right or wrong if it’s not for “us” customers the location wouldn’t not Survive and people won’t have jobs. Manager needs more training on how to speak to a customer and know How to have manager professionalism. If not hire someone who has manager experience and respect customers. If I was the owner I wouldn’t just focus on money coming in I would also focus on my workers being unprofessional to my customers. Quality of food and Quality of service to customers is what makes customers come back. Only one bartender is the best and the only one who knows how to be professional, has a amazing attitude, and knows how to treat customers.
Best authentic Mexican food outside of the west coast. Excellent service and food. Great prices as well. Will definitely be back
Horrible costumer service even tho it’s a great to hang out ! Soooo sad that they really don’t appreciate costumers wish they could learn what real Costumer service looked like. They over charge for nachos that don’t even have meat ? no discount, no sorry no replacements. Watch what you buy for food unless it’s something you’ve gotten before
Phone service sucks but food spoke for itself cause baby I ate everything the corn the steak the beans the rice the veg and I wanted more so y’all got that I give it too you ok good food

They have the best $6 burritos on wednesdays. That comes with a small salad and cotija cheese and spicy green sauce. Highly recommend its super filling.
I will start by saying I order through doordash the doordash and they had an offer of $15 an over of free Flautas.. In which one of the managers said yes the offer is there .. But did not do anything she did not even called the owner! They have a False advertisement that was put through for door dash (1 month back my friend had same offer in Door Dash and was given to her by owners order he know on the special offer) So I dont understand why would they lie this time around. So I am going to send a complaint to doordash and Better BUSINESS BUREAU So they can take action and so they can take doordash out of their system your system for false advertisement.!!! The 2 Girls (employees refuse to give owners name Like if they where Taking BUSINESS THERE OWN WAYS!?Me and my husband made the complaint if you guys feel that the same thing happened to you please keep complainting about this location for the false advertisement
The food was good but it takes to long to serve
My friend and I came here for dinner and drinks. We decided to go with a pitcher of margarita and go with casamigos instead of house tequila. On their menu, under their pitcher section, it says it’s an additional $4 for casamigos (no problem!) pitcher is $40. Everything went well until we receive the bill. The pitcher comes out to $60, when according to the menu, it’s should’ve been a total of $44. Long story short, their menu needs some serious updating and customer service needs improvement. They never said it’d be an additional $20 for casamigos. The menu clearly states $4 additional. The waiters and Luisa, gave us a hard time as we explained to them the misunderstanding and went back and forth with us. Manager wasn’t present so they offered to call the manager LOL imagine that??? Rather than simply adjusting it. Won’t be coming back to a place that would rather argue with their patrons than make things right. Truly gave us an entire run around. No thanks.
Great Mexican food and service! I am new to the area and I found this place on Google while working out of an office in Paterson NJ. The service was excellent and so was the food! I was seated quickly and drinks were also served fast. The ambience was on point with the Mexican decor.
