This is the worst McDonald's that I visited the staffs don't have any organization ' I waited more unusual, I ordered A M coffee hot caramel latte so the don't add the caramel . So disappointed.
Worst McDonalds!!! They should hire new people and fire the one they got. Their people are the most aggressive and ignorants. They treated my mom like she was nothing, i will never step a foot in. They are racist to certain kind of latin people. Might as well go to the one in crooks.
Pulled up to the drive thru for breakfast and was ignored for about 12 minutes. I was trying to be patient I thought maybe they were busy. I still get no response, so I pull up to the window. I’m now getting looked at and ignored one of the workers looked at me and poured himself a cup of soda and continues to ignore me. Horrible service!!! Well no service at all I guess.
If ai could GIVE A 0 I would!, make me wait 10 minutes for an apple pie ! Having like 10 people inside, didn’t even wanna show me a breakfast menu, people not professional at all! It just horrible
Long line in drive-thru guess that's a good thing. I went inside it was little quicker but the staff is out of control there was a manager berating one of the employees using the f word ,sad .
Ordered and paid online made me pay twice. Once I got my order it was a completely different orders. The manger was Maribel.

Horrible customer service I came in about 10:45 for lunch just to see a whole bunch of teenagers playing around the food also eating the food in front of the customers face very unprofessional. I asked if lunch was being served the young lady at the register answered me very rudely and told me there was no lunch,meanwhile I’m watching one of the workers eat french fries in front of my face this place really have went down they need to hire more professional workers more importantly not have the workers eating the food in front of the customers not only were they eating the food in front of the customers they were also using a lot of profanity if Lisa is still in charge of this place she needs to come and say a few words to the staff
Best McDonald’s in the area. I drive past the two locations in Patterson to come here. Wife says this locations has the best breakfast. Clean and fast. Even when they are backed up during lunch/breakfast rush they still keep everyone moving. I order from the app and never had a problem with any orders.
Ordered a Chicken Sandwich and I got a Fish Sandwich not good. Sandwich was disgusting couldn't eat, full of tartar sauce.
