This is the second time I have been here at night and they never have ketchup. I asked for my order to be canceled and i was handed a bag full of spit on ketchup out of spite. After the 4th time of asking for a full refund i got my money back. The night shift manager needs to make sure they have all the condiments for the customers. How does Mcdonalds not have ketchup? Very bad management!
Store is closing at 8 pm even though in the door it says they close at 10pm supposedly due to short staff when there were 4-5 people in there sitting & eating.
Very rude horrible customer service most of the employees do not speak English they never have anything the ice cream Machine always out of order I remember coming here and they ran out of soda this is the worse McDonald’s around
Ordered from Uber eats and received my order frozen cold , my fries were super hard and I didn’t received my medium coke, they gave me a water bottle instead. Not ordering from here anymore.
Great McDonald's they have been around for years and now upgraded there restaurant with newer equipments, workers have been doing better and better when it comes with dealing with customers

Food not so fresh when order thru door dash!.now let me get to my point. I order #1 with a strawberry & banana drink,so when I took a big zip of the drink I thought it was ice but itwas sharp plastic pieces inside don't know if swallow some of it.then I try to call the Mac Donald on 835 market st.paterson to let them know not to serve that to anybody else.but their number is out of order and yes I have a picture
Drive thru line was way to long esp it being on a main street on a Saturday slow esp for the dinning area to be closed but the young ladies that served me were friendly
The food was cold and my order was wrong this McDonald’s definitely has poor service and poor communication skills I asked for a mango pineapple smoothie and was given a strawberry banana plus my cinnamon melt was hard as a rock
