Everytime I order drinks they never came …. Maybe y’all should take orders more CAREFULLY!
Years ago (I think was in 2017 or 2018) one employee (she was like the manager or supervisor by that time)with red hair in that location was real rude with my mother and Now I just want share my review because is better late than never.She had a nasty and disrespectful acttitude
Ordered over $100 worth of food and a bunch of food & drinks were missing from our order. Not ordering from here again.
Customer service does not exist here!!!! I was waiting 5 minutes for someone to show up on front, and more that 10 minutes for my order!
Work on customer service. There’s nothing wrong with being Spanish of course but not everyone speaks Spanish. I ordered apple pies but realized I was charged more than I was told. I decided I did not want them before receiving the food I said I would like a refund but it seemed like they did not understand my request then was told to go park to the side like no I am not leaving my debit card with strangers. Very frustrating because I was looked at like I was crazy for their lack of understanding. Finally the girl at the window had to translate to the manager what I wanted since they still kept trying to hand me the pies. Bottom line is if you’re a “manager” you should speak English as well.
It was bad there because they would always kick us out even if we bought something, but the new security guard is very nice. Its a lot better now.
I like this new look the mc Donald has more elegant and that smell it use to carry has lifted.The only issue I have is the people who beg you money right in front of this nice establishment..
I use to like McDonald's but I dislike this place now that it has changed the new workers are rude
I don’t know how they are authorized to serve food.I’m sitting in the toilet for 1 hour after I had their sandwich . Horrible
