The customer service is what won me over. On the top of the excellent customer service, the food was delicious..... highly recommended.

It is a nice place to stay, but a little more expensive that other places. They automatically add the gratuity. The lounge is actually very very nice. instagram @imluzcusi

Unbelievable the food ad the service are amazing. Small but accommodating. 10 out of 10.

Muy agradable el restaurante, recomendable para todos los comensales nacionales e internacionales ✅

Family had ordered and picked up food. Unfortunately, food quality has gone down the arroz Chaufa had a nasty burnt egg taste to it and made me nauseous , it did not taste fresh. The fries were bland and soggy, the only thing making the food better was the green sauce on the side.

Most Definitely one of the Best Restaurant in Town. The Garlic Shrimp is Amazing and the food is cooked Traditionally with Love ? Great atmosphere and Positive Vibes from Staff ?⚡️?✨️?

Food is delicious and staff are on point . Great place to eat lunch or dinner

I went with my family to eat and the place was great plus the music was great too. I got my food fast but then when I went back home, all my family started puking and yes we had food poisoning. It’s been a week now and my stomach is still very sensible with everything I eat now. I will never come back to this restaurant.

Horrible service! We made a reservation in advance, we arrived a few minutes before our reservation and we were still past up by some customers that were just walk-ins. Even when another waitress came to assist, they still refused the table for us. What was the point of the reservation??‍♀️ I'm currently pregnant and we just went for a nice dinner & possibly some dancing & we had to leave because the situation became frustrating!! Definietly not returning.

I asked the waiter to use the bathroom right before leaving. The waiter directed me to go down the stairs and use the bathroom. When I went down the stairs, one of the employees name Karla, was mopping the stairs and the level below. I fell down the stairs and made Karla aware of my accident. I asked her if I could use the bathroom to clean the residue in my shirt and she advise me there’s nothing she could to help. She advised me to use another bathroom (upstairs) Before I left the restaurant, I made management aware of my encounter and how the situation could have been handled differently. When an employee sees a customer get hurt, the first thing she should do is help and make the customer feel at ease. Karla saw me fall down the stairs and looked the other away. Where is the empathy of your employees? Worse experience I ever had to encounter.
