I came to this place by advice so my expectations were high. It took more than expected to get my food. Chicken was not as good expected, it was a bit salty. I asked for that specialty mayo tartar I usually get at peruvian restaurants and was deny of it because I didnt order a salad... the fish ceviche was good. The attention was not great but it wasn't bad eather, I see some other reviews regarding this so I will not go into detail. The new location is nice... very well decorated... lots of sitting.. very cozy.

Roast Chicken is sooooo ? good.. done in brick oven ..?

Today I had to wait one hour for one chicken. When I was ready to pay with my credit card the guy behind the counter said "only cash ", then he pointed to the ATM machine. Really I had to wait one hour and leave because I had no cash or debit card to take out money. We were hungry, waited and left with no food very very disappointed. This was my second time coming to this place the first one was years ago and also I couldn't have chicken because they didn't have any. One star but they don't deserve any.

Chicken was delicious, fries crispy and fresh.Servers very attentiveHas no parking and it's very hard to get one.But so far its good.

I love the food, may I dare say, the best peruvian food ive ever had! the green sauce is the best sauce for anything! But be prepared to wait, ive waited upto 1 hour and 15 minutes for food, theres no parking, besides on the street. Other than those things I love it!

Excellent service and the food was great! ??

Food was decent, until today’s disappointing experience. The server with a tattoo on her forearm wasn’t very welcoming and showed a disinterested attitude. She hasn’t done anything despite us bringing up to them that we found not one, but two hairs in the food. Overall, I just wish this place would have better servers with a nicer attitude, and to be more mindful of their food. I left this place feeling nauseous after finding hair in my food.

Food is pretty decent apart from lomo which was a little bland. And I ordered jalea which which was seasoned well but was dry, fortunately the red onions and cilantro that companied it helped a bit. The wait time for take out is very long unfortunately, so I would recommend the other nearby Peruvian restaurants for take out. I haven't dined in yet, so I will update this review once I've done. All in all I preferred the other Peruvian restaurant over this but the pollo a la brasa is probably the best in Paterson, along with the chaufa which is also good. That's what mostly made me give it 4 stars!

Their chicken are surely on fire. Price are great, server are attentive, and waiting time is fast. Everything chicken related are perfect. Everything like steak needs improvement.
