if I could give them 0 stars i would. the chicken lomo prices have been shooting up every other month it feels like. which I would be ok with if the food matched the price . butthe chicken a lot of times are not fully cooked, no flavor, or over cooked and dry. they give you tiny portions and fill the bowls to go with rice. yet they charge 15. 50 for that nonsense. they are terrible with answering phone calls and barely can understand english.
Tía Delia is not what it used to be. Chicken has No flavor & french fried super soggy cooked in old oil! Plus they charge extra for everything! And the staff mad every single time I have gone in! Sad
Decades later and the food is still good here. I've moved from Paterson decades ago and I just can't seem to find a good Peruvian restaurant near me. So, when I want good Peruvian food, I make the trip back here.
I had not been to Tia Delia's in over 10 years, and thankfully it is just as delicious as I remember. It's a homey place that serves up great Peruvian food, the staff is friendly, it's low-key and I love the family style plates. I'll continue to keep coming here.

I am very disappointed. I have come to eat and ordered here for over 20 years and today they lost my whole family as customers. We ordered jalea and anticucho. The jalea seemed over a day old or fried with old oil. Had a bad aftertaste no seasoning and over fried. Some pieces were stiff. The anticucho had rice stuck to it like if it was on someone's plate and they reused it. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Never again.
Is a great place . But the guy in front.. has no respect for your orders.talk back and has an attitude when I confront him on why he gave your warm food to the clients just came.. cuz he thinks your order not ready. he will give it to the next person even with you watching was hes doing.. no respect for the food you pay is a No No .make me wait extra while i was hungry plus the attitude. No no
