Horrible customer service. Ordered on Uber eats and they gave my delivery person the wrong order so when I called to reclaim that they had made a mistake last spoke to me with attitude saying that it was not her problem and not the restaurant responsibility and only people at fault was uber eats. I then asked to speak with manager and was left on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.
We've visited this restaurant numerous times because we enjoyed the food. On our last visit however the service was horrible. I asked for steak with onions, to which the lady said they ran out and I should have the churasco with onions. Without giving me any time to decide she went on to pressure me into getting it by asking what would I like it with. After getting the meal, they added a side of avocado we did not order..but we kept it not to make a big deal. When it was finally time for the bill we asked for it, and she automatically came with the credit card machine, giving us no time to look at the bill. Then indicated us to add a tip if we would like to, which of course we did add an 18%. Lucky we asked for a receipt and then noticed she had already added gratuity in the check and then asked us for a tip on top of that....very shady, we will not be coming back . The way she came with the machine and gave us no time to look at the bill was very intentional...and SHADY.. thanks to money hungry waitresses they lost a client
We placed a $250+ order on Mothers Day viaGrubHub at 2pm. The delivery time was 3:50pm.The delivery driver was at the restaurant on time andwas given the runaround multiple times by therestaurant saying the order would be ready in 5minutes, 15 minutes, 10 minutes, then 1 hour as of4:15PM. They had the audacity to say that the orderwas JUST received as of 4:15pm. We had receivedthe confirmation from the restaurant way before theoriginal delivery time.We understand it is a holiday, but having people wait3-4 hours and then saying they JUST received it whenthey CLEARLY said the food would be ready prior tomaking that statement shows extreme lack ofcustomer service and common decency. They will lieto keep you waiting around for nothing. No apologieswere given until the very end - just excuses.The restaurant eventually apologized on the phone, and offered their own delivery method as completion time was too long for the original GrubHub driver to wait. An hour later, they had the nerve to call that driver and tell her to come back! We felt bad for the driver and picked up the delivery personally and communicated to the restaurant our frustration.The place is a mess & they will NEVER get any of ourmoney again. Run for the hills. There are TOO manygood Dominican restaurants in Paterson to deal withthis level of mediocrity.UPDATE TO RESTAURANT REPLY: They hand delivered nothing. Three of our relatives went into the restaurant and picked it up. If hand delivered means us going to the restaurant and getting passed the bags over the counter “hand delivered” then sure.

I ordered rice beans with onion steak and tostones with Chicharon. They forgot my Roce and beans. When I called she said that I never told them for the rice and beans. When I broke down the order and the total of $34.00 she indicated that the rest of the order did not print on the receipt. When I asked how long to bring the rest of the food, she indicated over an hour. When I told her that will not be acceptable. She hanged up the phone on me. I called over 13 times, and they did not pic up the phone. When I called from my partner’s phone they picked up amd wanted to reimburse me $10 via my bank account. I refused again and indicated I wanted a refund. They never came. The worst ghetto place. This is not the first time the screwed my order. If they do this with a simple order I can only imagine their food handily practices. One time they left my delivery 3 houses down . I had to walk around my neighborhood to look for my food. Completely unacceptable. Worse place ever
OMG! can I tell you, don't let the small space in the hood fool you. This place was immaculately clean and the food "THE FOOD" was authentic Dominican style my primos know. Big tips to my waitress Rosa for great service and the bartender and chef awesome. My husband and I will be back ! Thank you for cooking excellent and clean ❤️ ? Churrasco mofongo & Camaronfongo
Do not go for steak or lobster or any fancy plates because their steaks have a bitter overpowering taste and their lobster are so hard and have no flavor, I went with my girlfriend because she wanted lobster and I wanted steak and we were both disappointed. Plus I order the large margarita which is $30 which was supposed to include small bottle of patron in the drink but instead had small cheap $2 Jose Cuervo in it. Now if your going for mofongo or rice w beans it's a okay, finally for 2 plates 1 large margarita 2 chinola juices it was about $150 and another $23 for tip which the food was not worth it we left disgusted and disappointed. A better alternative was Noches de Colombia in Hackensack paid $45 for something similar the food was amazing and service was top notch.
Amazing latin cuisine. Everything is delicious. Any mofongo with any sauce is great!! The chicharron is always fresh and crispy. To go or to stay, food always arrives fast. Waitresses are very friendly. Love the summer time patio
raw burger, wrong order and they dont send utensils regardless of how many times you instructed them to include it in your order.food smells spoiled and the fresh drinks are fake
