Great service and clean, it needshand sanitizers when bathroom are closefor the customers eating inside only.The manager and employees are very nice.A raise would be great for the employees,specially drive thru employees at night hours.
Well you guys need A better manager and you guys need a hand sanitizer the customers who want to eat inside could keep there hands clean and the workers should always keep the tables clean with the wipes and for the customers if they want to use a bathroom they need an emergency bathroom just go in and out as they pleases and you guys need better workers in the future.
So calling this store is waist of time I’ve tried calling for days and never got an answer how do you run a business this way can no one hear the phone also every time I went in and tried reaching a store manger I can’t person is always gone by seven or 8 this is really frustrating being that they have my wallet in the safe and I can never get it return to me cos store manger isn’t in to open the safe
Chicken was old. Fries were old. Asked for original they gave me crispy. Won't buy there anymore.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at this KFC location. This person here in the photo have no home training whatsoever.. he was arrogant, sarcastic, and even told my partner to hurry up ordering because he wanted to close the shop at 8:30 instead of 9. He also made fun of my partners disability.. mocking him because of his weight and how he pronounced some words. Mind you my partner has a speech impediment disability. This is disgusting and this person needs to be fired from that location and shouldn’t be allowed to work in any other fast food business!
ALERT ? SATY AWAY FROM THIS KFC!!!So this evening I’ve encountered what these “generations” had come to! First of, I had a 12 hour shift and a very long day, I come to this KFC since I’m new to New Jersey I don’t know much of my whereabouts. I decided to stop in but noticed there were some lights off and Food Vents off, so my assumption was that they’re closed. I pull up to the Drive through, and I ask “Are you still open” This guy(on the photo) response by saying “Yes we are” I kindly remind him that Google says otherwise and you close at 9pm. So he decides to play mind trick and flip the script that he didn’t say they’re closed, tho I have a witness who heard it all! He proceeds on giggling like a 6 year old girl and continues to cash me out, then he continues making more rude remarks. If you sign up for a Customer Service Job, then be about the Customer, but if attitude like this is what you’ll have, then your better off at a Waste Management.
Horrible customer service , staff that worked tonight 4/26/22 disrespectful, argumentative & unwelcoming I would never send anyone to this location they may need to fire and rehire people who actually want to work I witnessed a worker verbally abuse a customer with no repercussions
Went through drive thru, Ordered a 4PC combo.. chicken was okay but the biscuit was rare.. disappointing how can you serve customers like this, never coming back to this KFC.. the Bronx won’t do you like this?
Such a bad experience with the staff here. These people were all AS. First, someone took the order in the drive thru and when we get the window to pay. Some took the wrong order. And after charging us said “ you leave with that or don't take anything. And move because we more cars behind you ” After requesting to speak with the manager, the manager with a lot more attitude. Not a great experience and probably the food wasn't what we wanted. Such a bad customer service .
They don’t answer the phone. I lost my wallet and I was tryna figure out was it there no one picked up the phone
