This place basically keep me out with my friends cuz we didn’t but a bottle , we can’t drink a lot and it was only us , we just paid for our 3rd round of drinks and refill our hookah , she told has we have to leave that please cuz they have a reservation on that table and they were gonna buy a bottle , ??? I used to be there every weekend was not expecting that at all !
Today was my 1st & be our last time at Hornitos. I was so excited but was completely disappointed. The service was friendly but super super slow. It took 25 to meet our server, 49mins to get our drinks & 40mins for our food. Our drinks were not good: some were nasty, then weak & the last round round way too strong. I tried given them chances: epic fail.. Food was a bit cold and they didn’t have any seafood or guacamole my fav items. So left unhappy. They need help in the kitchen & to be more attentive with service. Our server was barely around to even discuss the issues tonight. So here it is.
Went there after a all white affair and got treated horrible I was so disappointed we didn't even make it in the door when the security guard stopped us and said it was close for the nightWhile we was talking another non black group walked right in front us I would never go there again just becareful if you non Hispanic because they didn't treat us black people right

Went out to eat with my girlfriend, food tasted great but took longer than expected to get out of the kitchen. We got there at 9:15 and didn’t begin to eat until 10:20. We ordered 2 drinks and a hookah and were told we either had to buy a bottle or leave at 10:45 (25 minutes after we started eating our food). Mind you we weren’t even halfway done with our drinks and just began smoking the hookah. The lady continued to pace back and forth around our table staring at us in order to leave. I had to chug the rest of my drink and didn’t even get to smoke my hookah due to how uncomfortable they were making us feel. Customer service 3/10 they’re only about their money

Although the servers were nice, they very inattentive. Had to wait over 30 mins for our server to come back so we can order. When we ordered the hookah it came in the wrong flavor. My group got there around 11PM, by 12AM they said we either had to buy a bottle or leave, meanwhile the table next to us only had beers and weren’t asked to leave?? The DJ played good music but I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you plan to just chill and enjoy a drink they only pay attention to your party if you buy a bottle.
Clowns. Not a place waste 5 minutes in. Dj’s don’t need to waste they’re time or and real tax payers don’t need to even look at this example of a weak establishment. Make your own judgments but don’t take my word for it if you’re willing to disregard my advise lol
