One of the best ice cream places around and their prices are really fair. It’s a long line at night or on the weekend but it’s worth the wait.
We use to frequent this place all the time. However recently the quality has gone down some. Last time we went, there was a bad fly problem. I have a lot of history and memories with this place. They need better management.
There is so much to choose from. We had Italian ice and it was awesome. Can't wait to go back to try more stuff
Icecream is great - However I don’t understand why employees do not know how to serve soft serve. Every time I ask for a cone, they bring it in a cup - which is not what I asked for. Employees should know the basics.
I like a cone when I want one they are open all year and the ice cream is delicious I believe they have sugarless ice cream, Italian ice and the also have ice cream cakes.
Been going for years too many to count. Their products are good but not quite what it use to be. But still good.. the downside is the employees. I know in this day and age quality help is hard to come by. An hello & what would u like, a smile and a thank u are not hard to give out to customers. We got none of them. What we did get was a young lady scratching her head with raised eyebrows and a “ well”? The place is always busy and that’s good for ownership so I guess some complaints like mine are meaningless ... bottom line is weigh the quality of the product against the customer service u get. My decision is... me and my family won’t be back. ?
i’ve been coming to gelottis for forever now and their ice cream has always been so good. the workers are always nice too. i luv the strawberry ice cream
Best place for some good ice cream
My wife and I stopped at Gelotti Ice Cream today and had delicious gelotti. The store is bright, airy and clean and offers many gelotti and ice cream varieties. My wife tried a cup of cannoli gelotti and I a sugar cone with nutella gelotti. Both were very creamy and full of flavor. You can also purchase ice cream cakes and buy their products in pints and quarts. Staff was friendly and efficient. There are some benches and tables outside the store. We were very happy with our choices and we will definitely return.
I never went before until my friend recommended this place to me. Literally have nothing bad to say about this place. Its come a long way & I remember when it was still a small ice cream shop & now, its more modern and wider than it was. If you are in the area or not, this ice cream shop is the place to go!
