food was very nasty the fried pork was very old and stale the gravy was to salty thier food use to be so good I'm not sure what happened but la patrona in Paterson has way better food
My nephew took me here for lunch. I must say pernil hard dry no flavor the whole plate rice beans needed flavor asked for sweet plantains they asked me how much $1 or $2 so I said 2 they came back with cold fried plantains they charge you more if you take out.
Very slow and took over 20 minutes to pick up food. Also parking here is pretty much non existent and nearly impossible to find spot.
The food is great but I don’t know why lately the portions have been way smaller. This is supposed to be a chimichurri and fries and I can actually count the fries… Same thing with the rice and meats, the portions are way smaller
The food is great here. Their service is good. I come from time to time and never disappointed.
Worst place to order food. Either they don't understand English or they do it on purpose. It doesn't fail. Order chicken sandwich with tomatoes only. No onions. I get a small portion of chicken loaded with onions as if they were trying to get rid of their onions. Three times same thing. Not only that it comes 2hrs late. Never again. I do not recommend dining or ordering from here at all.I always give $5plus for tip and still get my orders cold and wrong .
My husband put in an order at 12p-1p today so that he could pick up at 5p. He’s gets there and is still waiting it’s been more than 40 minutes. They’re time management skills and customer service skills need to improve.
Food is good but the service is absolutely horrible . Took them 3 hours to deliver and when I called at the 2 hr mark they said it was on the way when I called again after the half hour they wouldn’t answer me . I had hungry kids waiting for dinner . If they would of notified me that delivery would of been that long I would of gone in to pick up . Will not order again. Be careful
I ordered from grubhub this Restaurant got their own delivery person took me 2 hrs to realize they weren’t coming .. Thanks for not even let it me know you were late .
They don't know what carne frita is,they fried my thin steak! No good
