Everyone that works here is so hard working and polite and friendly. must be the busiest Duncan in Jersey LOL and they still get you through the drive-thru quickly and get your order correct!

Well it's dunkin not mush to say I miss the days all these places made there own doughnuts had there own bakers you could actually smell everything being made. And now there's so much Preservatives and them. They don't even taste like doughnuts anymore. It tastes gummy, Doey,and sweet.
I order a breakfast sandwich with no eggs when i got it was burn to crisp never again i do not give bad reviews but i guess the drive thru team where off their game trying inside next time around the near future
Inside always takes super long. Always getting your order wrong. Drive thru is always super long.
Worse dunking. Could do better, needs more staff and covid guide lines
This location is complicated to review because the people are friendly, and i mean REALLY FRIENDLY. Very tight-knit, close crew and pleasant. My complaints however really focus on the service and the quality. While service is fast, you're really only going to get a 5 star experience if you order everything default. That means; no customizations or changes whatsoever! The moment you step into the customized territory, you're gonna have a bad time. Over 5 or 6 different times (in a row) I've tried to get a sourdough sandwich, with american (not cheddar) and maple sugar bacon. I have yet to know what the sourdough tastes like with american cheese, cause they just give you the default sandwich. Coldbrew coffee comes black, so i add cream.. Don't know what it tastes like with cream, cause they forget it. Sometimes I add sugar to an espresso that doesn't normally have sugar.. no sugar. Drinks that are supposed to come with whip cream, or if you add whipped cream - you aint getting it. The food comes FAST, in the blink of an eye, but its always going to be the default item, without customizations. I've never gone back in to get my items fixed because they're so busy I don't want to cause any stress on their part, but it would be nice if one day I actually got the item I wanted. I would give 2 stars, but I'll give 3 because having nice friendly staff is a big positive.
