I like it , it all depends on the staff as their character dawns, in some places they are good in others they wake up in a bad mood and the attention is terrible
Honestly they are so rude. I feel like everyone who works there hates their life. I understand the donuts stay out, but they are super dry and look old. Like they don’t smile at you or anything & if you have a large order (my job is close by) hence me coming here, they give you attitude for ordering. I wouldn’t recommend this dunkin to anyone. Even the shift leaders hate working.
Anytime I ask for a dozen donuts online they sent the same cheap one with sugar on top. I asked today for 6 different types of donuts and they sent the same cheap one, not the fillers one I asked. It is too much coincidence they only have one donut type there, not right??

My only problem is that the person making the orders always puts butter on the bagel before she toast it…
they have resumed fining in by putting out the chairs again they are very busy but the there is no wait also the phone orders came in fast and they were dealing with them very quickly.
I wanted to sit down to have my coffee, no sitting chairs. Good customer service anyways.
So hey guys it's me, I ordered food 8:30a.m through doordash,and the food taste like it was leftovers from the night before. Keep in mind I literally live two blocks away from this locations. The food was cold and disgusting, not only that my drink never arrived with my food. I called several times asking for a manager and was hung up on. So I took a nap and called back for them to tell me there's no manager in the store. I'm a manager so I know in every store a manager is suppose to be in the building at all times. They didnt care about my situation or that I paid 22.00 for some food i wouldn't even serve to a homeless dog on the street... I'm completely over it and will be contacting cooperate.
Good evening, I have bought several times in this store and their customer service seems very good, they attend to the security measures against covid 19. I recommend this particular store to buy and have a pleasant time.
