Coffee tastes terrible ?
Really disgusting place. Owner needs to clean the place. You also need workers to have a sense of urgency and work well. They treat people as if they were poor or begging them for service. Clean the place, treat people well, or simply leave Paterson. There are better places for coffee.
If you are an early morning commuter, this Dunkin' is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst Dunkin' in the Paterson area. It seems that they set up shop right at opening rather than beforehand. They open up at 7am Mon-Sat 8am Sun, yet when I go in shortly after opening, it's either "our coffee is not ready yet" or "our oven is preheating so no hot foods".
My experience this Dunkin Donuts was decent it’s a smaller store but they have indoor seating the employees are friendly and the hot chocolate is good and the coffee cake muffin was delicious but they were out of what I wanted which is why I’m not giving them 5 stars
Way too expensive and the equality is really bad not to mention the altitude on the workers

Incorrect order.
As someone that used to work in the fast food industry I try to be understanding of our workers, but it’s always a bad experience every time I go in here. They’ve gotten my order wrong more than once (it’s always that one lady that messes up my order) and when I KINDLY try and confront them about it they refuse to take accountability and they refuse to make it right. If I want it done right, I have to pay again. Now why do I have to pay for your mistake? Terrible service, terrible dishonest people. That’s the last time that I go in here. You better hope they get your order right, otherwise they don’t care.
I think it's one of the worst places to go because they don't let customers who consume use the bathroom.
