Messages said pizza delivered in app 30 minutes after but took OVER an hour when arrived, called after 45 minutes and employees act like its or fault and we are being impatient. driver refused to deliver to the porch...i went up for footwear so i can walk across the street to the car to get the paid pizza plus tip And driver drives off!Employees lie about who is a manager. When you speak to one, if you do, they dont care and rush you off the phone.Now he gets a free pizza for him and his family!?Wow
I made an order of Baked Ziti Chicken and this is what I got in a small dish... $7.00 for a dish that dont even have a quarter of the dish with pasta and when I called to complaint about it the lady on the phone told me that Dominos weight their pasta and that's why comes so little....At this business, order Pizza or Breadsticks but never order in this place sandwiches or pasta, they are the worst ever
A week ago I ordered pizza and after I got an email with free coupon 12” medium pizza . I tried to use it on the website and it gave me hard time so I called the store and I explained what was happening and the employee on the phone didn’t help at all I asked for the manager he refused to put the manager on the phone. He kept telling me they don’t give free orders and I have to call the person who sent me the email with free pizza. I never had this problem with any other store I don’t recommend this store they always give me a hard time as a paying customer. I hope the manager calls me and makes it right.
When you order on the app it takes too long to come!! Even after it say “completed enjoy your meal” how can you enjoy it if you don’t have it . So I called dominos they said they don’t control the app, come on knock it off! Food was not hot, and they said I can get a pie for free!! So it can happen again their costumer service need to get better

The tracker will say that your order is delivered when it's actually not. I've now been waiting 30 minutes after it's said to be delivered already. And they never answer the phone at the store
I have had a horrible experience with dominos. I will never order again from here. My order was $33.00 and the pizza was soggy and cold. I paid for extra cheese and I could hardly tell that cheese was on there.at all. Disgusted customer. Uggg. i asked for a refund and they told me that I would have to bring the pizza to them !!!!!!! It was a delivery ORDER !!!!!!
Order 346 - It's a shame your cook has to be evaluated on the same bad review as the driver. The driver couldn't make a delivery around the corner in time and delivered cold $38.00, 2 medium, 1 topping pizzas 30 minutes wait & got a 15% tip . I'm from MD and this was a 1st time order but I won't order again.
