Food here is ok, went last night they run out of food, maybe because of the time I guess. Customer service was good, very polite lady.
Food was as fresh as you'd get at checkers but it took so long to get it

I visited this location for the first time about a week or two ago. This was my first time eating Checkers and the food did not disappoint. I went through the Drive-Thru. The ordering process was well done and the food took a reasonable amount of time to make and be given to me.My only issue is the location because of it being inside the city of Paterson, it may feel a little unsafe at times. But if you’re willing to get passed that, it’s worth the drive to get yourself some awesome, reasonably priced food!
They really have the worst customer service in the drive through.They asked you to leave the car and go the window to get your food, or you need to go inside the restaurant to get your meal.I will never come back here again.
Horrible service. Went home starving. I was at the drive thru menu and was told to wait. I waited for about 20 minutes at a fast food joint! All I wanted was a chicken sandwich and fries. I then proceeded to go to the next window because I was not serviced. Once I get there I’m told to go back around. Who wants to wait another 20-30 in a maze to get food. This place is a trap if you choose to leave you’re stuck once you drive to the menu. Customer service definitely needs work there. If you want to wait 20 minutes and waste gas just to place your order then go there.
Checkers is hella yummy. They have something called the Fry Lovers XL which is just an ungodly amount of fries. Get that.
When I say horrible service it’s horrible did a DoorDash my food was cold drinks missing and chicken bites taste like rubber.
They need new people at this place. They can't take orders here right. It's always like this at this place all the time.
Looked for something a little different, got some chillydogs and loaded fries. Pretty tasty stuff, and it was done quickly.
