Every rude took 30 mins to understand a simple order....then they got smart with very bad choice of employees
the worse costumer service i have ever seen in my life, the manager LUIS is in need of a class on costumer service and how to treat costumers, i guess he was having a bad day and he decided to pay with us , super disrespectful with no intentions of having a decent conversation he decided not serving us was a better choice with absolutely no real reason
Management seems to be very incompetent. Sat at the drive thru window for over 20 minutes waiting for my order. Look like they were understaffed and they could not keep up with our order. Would not come back
The cashier was friendly and the food was all good. It took a little longer to get our food than at other fast food restaurants I've been to but it wasn't bad. BK's ranch dip doesn't taste much like ranch dressing... it's more like mayo with a bit of flavoring. Still, it's a good place for fast food.
The staff is great Just always a long drive-through line for Uber eats pick ups need an outside window for pick up
It's ok they won.t give sauce only one.I asked two of each ...sweet sour...ranch...Person told only aloud one.
I was the only car in the drive thru, an was handed my order incomplete. Smh and I was charged for it. This is a regular issue with this restaurant. It has to be at least the 5th time this happens to me at this location.
My son-in-law and my daughter and myself had eaten there, I had the special two for fish sandwich meal so delicious ? I love the fish sandwich because it's not just a fish patty it's actually good quality fish the fries were perfect hot and my soda was refreshing not too much ice like I asked. My daughter had two burgers and fries, My son-in-law had two burgers as well with fries we all enjoyed the fast service and friendly cashier that attended us we all were stuffed and satisfied with the food. I would recommend this place to anyone, for fast dining.
After a long road trip, I go to this BK because online it stated that they opened at 6am. I get there at 6:10am and they say that they will be ready in 15 more mins. Why say they open at 6am if the staff or food won't be ready til later? They're supposed to be there before 6am to set up and be ready by 6am. The staff has to do better.
