I order a patacon with no meat and they put it either way. I call and they say said I ask for no meat, so they put chicken last time I checked Chicken is a type of meat.Ordene Un patacon sin carne/pollo y lo pusieron como quiera.
I went to that place on 03/27 the customer service was horrible I asked the girl a question she ignored me and look over at the other cashier said something and they both started laughing then she walked away I didn’t even want the food anymore if that’s how you treat your customers I do not recommend this place and would never go back there
Their pork pinchos are literally chicken. Ordered their chicken pinchos to see the difference. The pork pinchos is basically flattened compared to the chicken. Someone can tell me I’m wrong but they both taste and look the same.
The service is slow if you are in a hurry this is not the place. The steak In my steak sandwich was hard to chew to their salvation the drinks were amazing the redhead that does the shakes knows what she's doing
All I can say is WEPA!!! Had the beef and chicken empanadas which was tasty. 1 empanada is less than $2. Hands down best empanada spot! Closest spot is the Lady Empanada and they need to take lessons from Banana King. I will take the drive to Banana King any day!!
6 empanadas and a burger, had me wait half an hour while all the other Spanish speakers came ordered and went about their day in less than 5 minutes. Tried to get the attention of the cashier and she ignored me numerous times! Unacceptable!
Found a long hair in my steak sandwich… absolutely disgusting especially during a pandemic.. hair had a whole knot in it that got stuck in my teeth and made me want to throw up.. usually not the type of guy to leave bad reviews but this ruined my vibe
The customer service has become terrible and very unprofessional. It's going to be hard to walk into this place again.1. First we had to wait for the lady taking the order to get off the phone2. She added a sandwich to the order that we didn't order3. They gave us the wrong empanadas4. She made a Coffee with way too much milk and sugar and had an attitude when asked politely to add more coffeeWhen I noticed we had an extra sandwich and an extra charge, I talked to her about the issues mentioned above, she had the audacity to acknowledge everything wrong, added she won't be doing anything about it, and that it's ok if I don't come back because she can just make up for it with another customer.Service 12/23/2021, 12:08 pm
Banana King always hits the spot but their prices have definitely gone up since they started to serve the masses! I actually don't frequent the shakes that they are known for! I'm usually good for steak and bacon sandwich, extra cheese, lettuce and tomato. If it's morning time I have him throw an egg on it!!
So I visited this place on 11/27 approximately 8.30am. First off as you walk in the clerk looks like so hates her job! I asked for a cup of coffee she didn't ask if I wanted sugar . Clearly if I didn't ask for anything to be added then I didn't want sugar in it. I also asked her if she can use evaporated milk instead of whole milk she didn't answer rolled her eyes then preceded to day yes but it's a dollar extra ! She didn't prepare the coffee until my husband went to the car to get one lousy buck! Both ladies had their hair lose and the clerk had the nerve to pick her hair up while she was making some shakes for another person. Sanitation no good!!!
