I go in there at least twice a week, but not anymore. That depressed lady needs to go she hates her life so much that she doesn’t want to be there, came in to order at 10:30 and she yells we close at 11, than close your doors at 10:30 dummy what you want me to tell you and she’s really nasty like for real I feel bad for who ever be near her all the time, anyways had to shut her up front of all the customers because she picked the wrong one to mess with and they lost a big family that always goes there, she better respect herself where she’s at and she needs to understand her position, because next time you might get someone that’s not in the mood and make the whole place sad
They have all kind of sweets they are the best the owner very nice employees are very polite clean the place stunning beautifulHighly recommended!
The last time I had kunafa was last week. I literally took ONE bite and threw it in the garbage. Tastes soooo horrible. The dough in sameed not regular. Very thin hard cheese that u need a very sharp knife to cut. And as usual an attitude from the girl. Absolutely will never ever go back there again. And by the way when they first open their kunafa really tasted like the one in my country.. it was so good but now it is the worst.
The girl who works there didnt respect the customers ,she don’t know how to deal with customers,the owner suppose teach the counter workers the business habits .
Definitely 0 stars. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with someone in customer service. The lady came up to me and my friends and said we stayed for too long and to pick up our plates with the nastiest attitude. There was no need for her to get nasty. Never knew there was a time limit on how long you’re supposed to sit and eat. Also, there were ZERO customers waiting to be seated. Never going back there again.
One of the best chnafa I had in the states, and they’re not cheap when it comes to the cheese portion They also do fast overnight shipping.
I would give this 0 stars if I could. Worst place. The lady started talking and telling us we stayed for too long, to pick up our plates and saying stuff about Covid with a nasty attitude. There was no reason to get nasty, could’ve asked us politely to leave. 0/10 never coming back to this place.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They over charge for their sweets. Their sweets tasted very very bad and stale. The quality is horrible. They sell baklava for $8 a piece, how ridiculous. My family and friends did not enjoy their sweets and they never finished it. What a waste of money. This place needs to shut down. I dont and wont recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere. Never giving them business.
