Love the help, they were closing up and blessed me with some extra fries and biscuits great management

This restaurant has a very convenient location, and easy entrance to the parking lot off an insanely busy street. Inside, very spacious, clean, and vibrant dining area. The staff was polite, focused, and caring. The food was at the popeyes standard. I'd take a point off for long wait on the food prep. Took unusually long.
It clearly s says you close at 11pm but I walk in at 10:05pm and you can only give me a 4 piece chicken strips with a biscuit. Because you are closing!? Unbelievable and unacceptable if it says 11pm its 11pm. ??
Placed a simple order of nugetts with fries also a chicken sandwich with fries. Innocent me, went home without checking my order. To my surprise the fries from both meals were missing. Tried calling with no response. The place was not busy so is hard to understand why they completely ommitted half of the order.
Very good Popeyes. They always have spicy chicken and it's been really good, every time I go. They are quick and organized. They usually have a special going, of some kind. Worth the drive across town.
My order was very simple but somehow they got it wrong. When I complained about it, I just got am attitude with no apology. The staff was rude and the place was dirty. Everything was dirty. I actually had to get disinfecting wipes out of car to clean the table. We were in rush n starving only reason why I didnt make it into big deal while there. But I cam sure say NEVER AGAIN!
My favorite place too eat chicken.Its pricy a little too much exspesive.
Ordered online for pickup up. Plain chicken sandwich, and when I arrived at home I then realized that it had mayo in it. Called the restaurant 7 times. Nobody answered. And because of that, they are getting one star.
The Worst service ever from staff there so rude and dry to the customers..!! And they charge whatever they feel like not like the price that’s showing and the signs behind..!!!!! I go there once or twice a week and every time I go there it’s different price and it’s different by 5 to 7 dollars every time I go there and I order the same thing every time..!!!!
