This Pizza Hut is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I went through the app to order my meal which was difficult to begin with. An error occurred so I tried calling the store directly and I kept getting redirected over and over. I called the main customer service which was no help and kept sending me back to the automated system. The lack of service here is by far a crime. This place of business needs to close down because nothing good comes from here. They are no help and there is no care here for the customer. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never order from here so hopefully this location closes down. This experience shouldn’t happen to anyone. I feel sorry for who orders here. If this review can have any impact I hope it’s to make sure this business ceases to exist.
Delivery was outsourced to DoorDash without asking/telling me first. If Pizza Hut is going to charge $4.50 for delivery, and then get a third party to deliver, maybe they shouldn't charge half the price of the pizza just to deliver it. I don't trust those third party couriers like Grubhub or DoorDash; there's very little culpability.On top of that, there was no safety seal on the box. How do I know the driver didn't open it? Even when I pick up from the restaurant, the box gets a seal on it.Overall, I felt like Pizza Hut doesn't want my business anymore.
Horrible service!!!! had to wait 2 hours for food because they use dor dash service soo the time you are supposedly getting your food is a time the dasher picks it up sooo by the time you get it itsfreeking cold and end up payig fees for delivery to pizza hut on top of tip!!!! no thanks!!
Didn’t get the toppings I paid for. Pizza was delivered cold. Customer service was horrible. Highly recommend to go to another Pizza Hut
Rude people. Nobody bothered asking what I neded. While the lady in the front left waiting while shes having a conversation on the phone.
Ordered pizza with no contact delivery online. Pizza was dropped off on my porch without a phone call. By the time I found it, it was already cold.
Horrible customer service, door dash service sucks! Nobody ever answers the phone here. I shouldn’t have to reach out to door dash for delivery updates if I ordered directly with Pizza Hut. My pizza and wings got here extremely cold. WILL never give my money to them again.
I ordered the stuffed crust pizza at 11:24 AM to be delivered at 12PM, but no one showed up until 3PM.When I checked on the order tracker, it kept saying that they are making the pizza. I called the store like 5 times check, but no one answered the call. I had to call the customer service to cancel the order but then I was told they cannot cancel it over the phone. They told me that they will have the store manager call me and cancel the order. This is very ridiculous! I would never order the pizza at this store again
Huge lack of common sense. The delivery man left my food outside the door on the steps of my enclosed front porch. In the freezing cold. That would’ve still been acceptable, due to understandable Covid precautions, had the driver called to notify that the order was delivered. Nobody noticed they pizza was delivered until about 20 min! And by then the pizza was frozen cold. Highly unacceptable. I called the store and spoke to the manager. Who sent me one single pizza pie, not a repeat of my order which included 2 pizzas; bread sticks, and cinnabon rolls. The whole experience was very unprofessional and even their attempt at resolving the situation fell short of common sense.
For the next time if I request curbside pickup I should receive curbside pickup. I paid with a card when I placed the order and gave a $5 tip but unfortunately no one came out to my car to deliver my food I had to go inside to get it. I called to let them know that I was there and 15 minutes past no one came to my vehicle to bring me my food. When I finally got my food it was cold and I was very unsatisfied
