Love this place! It reminds me of back home in Mexico! All the fruity, savory, Chile desserts!
Service is very poorly they forgot our orders and also I wasn’t expecting my orders to be bad not tasty and not good. Whatever it’s in the picture menu isn’t on the actual order
I ordered something and they gave me a whole different thing, sadly I was in a rush to go back to work and didn’t notice on time but this is not fair for no one
I just order a ice pineapple and still waiting more than 25 minutes those employees are very slow two start. Sorry
Food is good but geez the people working there are super clueless. Waited 30 min and girl at counter asked what my order was again! Waited another 30 min for food. I get it’s not fast food but not even an actual dinner restaurant takes this long. This is dessert! Sadly won’t be coming again. Food can be good but the service just ruins the experience. Don’t come here unless you expect to wait about 1hr30 for a dessert.
Not sure how this management works , first i call @9:40 to place an order I get put on hold for 5 minutes nobody answers , I understand they close at 10? I call back 9:45 I get told they’re closed…talk about customers satisfaction.

I put an order in at 1 pm to pick up after my job at 840 pm. It is low 930 pm and i have been here since 840 for my order. Service is extremely slow and unprofessional.
The service is too slow, the person on the phone told me that my order would take 45 minutes but after an hour they gave me my order after I told them I would like to cancel my order and receive my money back. The person on the counter doesn't have a pleasant attitude.
With the excuse of the covid, they cannot serve you in a glass cup and also do not have plastic cups and they force you to buy an really expensive earthen jar for 10 dollars. They should have regular glass cups ?
