Fries were cold, csr didn't have change, burgers wrapped incorrectly. English was very rough to understand
Listed on Google as being open 24 hours which is incorrect. Dinning room is open until midnight and drivethru closes for either 1 hour or two hours before breakfast.Today they messed up my order but what else is new, it's McDonald's. You get what you pay for.I will say using the McDonald's App
i had a wonderful experience here , this man of the entire restaurant made me feel like i was being cared for somehow and all i can say is thank you Aurelio. you’re the best employee that i have ever met in any restaurant and you deserve the absolute best and you did your best to help me and everyone i even noticed you asking a couple of people there if they were okay and needed anything and helping others at the machine , you’re amazing , thank you once again for making this experience the best just for eating Aurelio!! ps me and my girl both wrote a review for you (:
everytime i come here, Aurelio always gives me & other customers the most excellent service ever. he always makes sure that customers are okay, and if they need any help. my expectations are always met, and always pleased when i come here because of him. thank you man and good luck (:
I ain’t ever had issues with this location. Food is fresh most of the times and they don’t forget small things like napkins /sauces. Appreciate yall
I ordered my food and they asked that I park in the front. I waited while other cars received their order and i didnt get mine. I waited over 20 minutes nd no order. I drove back through the drive-thru for a refund. I will NEVER visit this store again. It happens too much!
Place seems clean but it's always busy to the point that you have to park and wait. And the food isn't always consistent nor the service. My gf got a spicy chicken 2 times when she ordered a crispy and my big Mac was crappily assembled but it's fast food what do you expect

Customer service sucks. I pull up and the drive thru cashier is talking to another employee who I think was a manager and continues talking, looks at me and doesn't even ask for my payment, but continues whatever conversation. It Doesn't even acknowledge my presence. I take my card back with not a single thank you. The food was ok.
Worst customer service ever, I spend more then 20 mnts waiting for my pick up order outside the restaurant , they don’t even care, they don’t ask . The girl on the phone, using AirPods and talking with the other girl instead of packing the orders . More then 2 customers outside with me with the same situation . We knock the windows but they don’t listen because the music is so loud inside.
