Best Peruvian food ever, huge portions of food. I enjoy every in the menu.

They used to have good food but now I don’t know what happened it’s not that good any more, I wish I could provide 0 start the lady in the front she is just nasty, no customer service at all, very disappointing
Such a bad customer service, they changed our order and treated us so bad when it wasn't even our fault, plus you can not pay with card. Never coming back to this place.
Bad customer service, they always make mistakes with the orders and charge extra.
Messed up my Uber eats order when I called back to have forgotten items picked up the counter girl refused to fix my order or even refund the items they did not send. They frequently mess up orders and have poor customer service. I would go to any other Peruvian place, El gordo is great so is El Chevere
I've tried a few of these restaurants and the one in Harrison is my fav. Although the Paterson location is pretty good too. This location can be hit or miss. Sometimes food is very good and other times they drop the ball. Example, the first time I ordered here the porkchops arrived very overcooked and hard. And then the 2nd and 3rd was good. But today I ordered again and they sent me the wrong food. Food was still good but not what I ordered and paid for. And being that the prices are a little high compared to other places, I was expecting quality. Thus I'm giving 3 stars.
Waiter trying to take advantage over charging you if you don’t check your bill before you pay, you can trust them very dishonest people they tell you a price and changed any time they want never going back there but experience.
Food was tasty and drinks were good. Ive would have given this place a higher rating but the service was bad. We waited over 30 minutes and waitress had not taken our drink order. I had to go to the bar and order our drinks. My guests food was served and after 15 min of waiting for mine I had to flag my waitress down to get my food. Lastly the bathrooms were filthy and had no soap to wash your hands. If I would have seen this first I would have not ate here.
Terrible place , horrible customer service!! the chicken arrived undercooked last time I ordered , I called today 03/27/21 at 4:50 pm and asked this rude lady taking the order to please make sure the chicken wasn’t undercooked this time as last time I ordered the chicken was not well cooked which to she responded that if the food was not well Cooked It was not her fault that she was just the waitress.. rudest person I’ve ever ordered from, it’s not the first time this rude lady gives me an attitude but I always kept going back. Never ever going back here.
