Pedi un pollo y me enviaron una caja llena de papas fritas, hablé con el restaurante para decirles que se equivocaron y me solucionaran el inconveniente y la respuesta del restaurante fue ENTIÉNDASE CON UBER. Y me colgaron la llamada QUE GROSEROS. Si el restaurante se equivoca debe de solucionar al customer no LAVARSE LAS MANOS
Muy rico el pollo a la brasa , y muy buena la atención.
The food is good but the customer service is horrible and the owner is stingy. They charge 1$ per hot sauce which are 2 ounces each. If you are Peruvian you know that Every other restaurant charges 1$ for 3-4 hot sauces. Very money hungry place. Also The lady and boy in the front of the store are disrespectful and always have a bad attitude. I have came here throughout the years and it just got worse and worse until I eventually stopped going because I didn’t want to deal with them. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the chaufa and chicken but the service is bad. It’s up to you if you want to come here but i wont be supporting this business anymore since they are taking advantage of their community
Just received the worst order in a long time. Ordered rotisserie chicken with fries. The chicken flavor was good and that’s why the 2 stars, but the skin on top has a weird texture; the FRIES were so unacceptable mushy almost wet; looked like a mash almost, soggy very unappetizing and dark color for some reason; I ended up with no side for the chicken?z? I don’t know how they’re not embarrassed to send out food like that; but definitely not ordering here again; waste of money

Very disappointed with food I thought my arroz with mariscos will be delicious but not really.. I went there today they don’t make any causa papa rellena only weekends our waitress didn’t know name of the dishes I’m Peruvian so I know what to order.... I’m not local so I witness another customers coming in and be served right the way ..my food came way after that .. I don’t recommend this restaurant … sad that I chose this one instead of others ?
Hands down best pollo in the area. The flavor and texture is done so well, along with delicious fries and unique sauces. The food is extremely quality and the customer service is great, i always feel comfortable and at home with the employees. The service is pretty hard to beat
Today we decided to order at this restaurant but the food was not good. The soup was overcooked and the green beans were undercooked. The same for the spagetti which was undercooked and very dry. The Yuka with guancaina was flavorless. I may not be a Peruvian person but I am knowledgeable about Peruvian food. This food was poor in flavor and the food portions were not as big as my coworkers had recommended to me.
Ordered a Parihuela and it has been the worst Parihuela I've ever tried! I don't do reviews like this but it does deserve it. Tallarin Saltado was okay but not good either. Give it 3 stars cause Pollo a la brasa was good, but if buying something else do not waste your money here.
